Gotcha! Its tragic that there's so few fanmade editions of fighting games, and when there are, the playerbase just isn't there for them. Some of them are way better than the base game (4th Strike, PM etc.)
Omg yes, I adore 4rd strike for being this outlandish vision of what 3rd strike should be, hugo having the strongest oki ever, dudley being the king of cheap damage, sean having an ultra form, oro fighting with even weirder ways with air combos... all that with a surprisingly even more balanced cast than the base game.
