battle system is fleshed out, redundant mechanics from 1 were removed, music is still great but the voice acting in some scenes is kind of distracting

this one is a jrpg but if the developers actually took the time to think of a fun battle system, also great music, world design, plot, voice acting (sorry xc2)

god the gameplay sucks so fucking bad the dungeons are so boring and it sends me to sleep but the story and characters are so good wtf
