Pretty fun shoot 'em up with a banging soundtrack! I did find it a bit hard to control at times but was good overall. ended up using cheats in this game since I'm not a real gamer™️

yeah that has to be a pac-man game ever if i ever played one

I feel like this has to be the most "safe" Pac-Man game I've ever played. It's fair enough but it barely innovates outside of adding power-ups and that bonus fruit mazes (which are very difficult). The graphics are passable for it's time but it does sort of feel disappointing especially after something like Pac-Man Adventures in Time, which only came out a year after that. The sound is pretty empty-sounding for a Pac-Man game too; even though I found the music repetitive, I sorta did find it chill at the same time as well.
Aside from those, it really just feels like it fails to innovate past the regular Pac-Man formula as the stages become incredibly repetitive with no unique mechanics and twists. Dunno if I could recommend this one at all.

Championship Edition 2 builds up pretty well as a Pac-Man maze game, although I found it the difficulty for this game in general to be a bit harder than I initially expected, which is why I prefer CE DX and the original CE over 2.

The Adventure mode was especially hell, considering the difficulty it requires and absurd unlock requirements for other things. The strict difficulty, the game not telling you that every level needs to be finished on the hardest difficulty in order to finish the mode, the immersive difficulty spike after area 6 are what just makes the Adventure mode frustrating to me honestly. I prefer playing the regular Score Attack mode over Adventure personally.

Despite the flaws, the visuals and music are gorgeous and some of the best Pac-Man's ever had.

i love getting mildly punched by bluto and being flung to another island while my launch speed rapidly accelerates mid-flight

Sonic Adventure 2 Battle (along with Sonic Advance) was one of my earliest exposures to Sonic as a whole around 2007-08, though they weren't the things that really got me into Sonic, I decided to give the game a play after these years. I initially began play with the original Dreamcast version, but restarted with Sonic Adventure 2 Battle midway through the Hero story.

Some of my issues from the first Adventure game persist in this game along with some new ones, specifically the camera, clipping (especially during Sonic/Shadow levels), some controls, the pacing (to be specific, the changing play styles between levels), and voice acting for some characters. Some bosses and specific level sections were super difficult to get through, most especially the Finalhazard boss (that boss alone cost me 20+ lives).
Despite those, I really enjoyed the play styles altogether, alongside the amazing music, level design, Chao Gardens, secrets and the story. Of all the play styles in the game my favorites were Sonic/Shadow's stages.

Overall neat experience, though there are a few points where I'd prefer the first Sonic Adventure over 2.

I felt like the controls threw it off for me with this one especially with the awkward course layouts for it. Though I did find the Emerald collecting and music to be really fun!

Jumping into the series out of interest, this game got me hooked as a fan already! Adored the gameplay concept to the point where I lost track of time of how long I’ve been playing. I also enjoyed the graphics, theme, and emphasis on teamwork, though I did find the limited time thing to be bothersome occasionally.

For a promotional thing, this is rather a fun game!

Honestly seemed like a decent one to me! Level design and mechanics are what annoyed me in some ways but I really liked the visuals and music! Shame this one never saw a re-release.

On a technical scale, this is rather impressive for a console like the Game Boy Color! Despite the neat idea, I found the controls to be frustrating with how sensitive the gyro is, not to mention massive difficulty spike after the fifth world, especially since games this hard are unusual for a series like Kirby. Despite the difficulty, I did find the music, animations, bonus games, and sound clips for Kirby to be good and very charming.

I've been playing this game for 15+ years as one of the first games I've ever played; it was only just recently that I finally beat this game without using the Star Roads and I finally see why people love this game so much. Not so keen on aging aspects like the periodic save points and the game over penalty, though I did get a kick out of this one overall. One of the best platformers I've played, big recommend!

Some aging aspects a bit here and there but the Mario Advance version fixes some issues I had with the SNES game. One of the best platformers I've played, big recommend!
