It's incredible to me that the supposedly hardcore professional scene basically takes away all the factors that could lead to surprise and challenge and turns the game into pansy shit where you ignore the actual mechanics
I like how Nintendo has carried on their charmlessness from the Wii U era but now they're making bank so we all have to praise them.
The level design in this one is kind of ass (even Circle has better enemy placement) and it codified the most cancerous genre in the history of video games but its also so awesome.
