I was pretty hyped, having just completed the other games to try the new and improved Mega Man. All in all it is a solid experience. I really liked the power gear system, the weapons and the bosses. All 8 robot masters felt unique and their weapons useful in many encounters. The only thing I didn't particularly enjoy was the length of the stages. I prefered the shorter and denser levels of the previous games.
In conclusion, I would recommend it.

A great and fun game, mechanically felt like it could hold its ground beside the NES titles. However I think that towards the end it overstayed its welcome.

Really cool game. Even from the start of the game the super arm felt original and yet familiar. Its upgrades felt worth buying. The boss weapons were ok, but they were outclassed by the super arm. The bosses themselves felt unique and memorable and I loved the fact that I faced a new final boss.
Overall a pretty good game and, most impressive, on the game boy handheld console.

These GB games are getting better and better. The stages were enjoyable (except the Dive Man stage, as they were full of spikes). The bosses still "melted" when using their weakness, but this time it felt like they dealt the "proper" amount of damage. There were a lot of instances that I completed a robot master just with one or two lines of health.
Overall this ones feels closer to the original NES games, even when controlling Mega Man.

Much easier than the first one. The stages felt more fair, even though there were some tricky parts. The bosses however were too easy. Even though I got hit a lot, it felt like the dealt very little damage. Quint needed more attacks. I liked the Wily phases a lot.

Decent game, I had fun playing it. A lot of death traps, with bottomless pits and spikes. It felt a bit like the game wanted you to buy the items from the shop and use the regularly in order to balance it. The robot masters were unique, but their weapons felt a little underwhelming, as most of them were tedious to use.
The inclusion of two more playable characters was a nice touch and each of them brought something new to the game.

I found the recycling of old robot masters interesting, as I liked trying to figure the weaknesses again. There were a lot of times that the game felt unfair and some others that it was too easy. So I would say pretty unbalanced.

What a game. It was difficult, but it felt fair, even with multiple deaths. I loved the areas' art style, the bosses and the music. Each boss weapon felt unique and useful in different scenarios.
Playing as Proto Man felt a little more challenging, due to the Double Damage, even with his abilities.
The DLC modes are a nice and challenging addition.
Overall a very solid experience. I highly recommend it!

One of the easiest games so far. I enjoyed playing it. The backgrounds and the art style are beatiful, even if they are not too close to the previous games.
I tried all the boss weapons (even though the Charged Buster, with or without the shots, was OP), but none felt particularly dinstict, other than the Thunder claw and the Tornado, that were used during the traversal od=f stages.

Not a bad game overall. It's just that there were a lot of places and bosses that cheap damage or death felt unavoidable. There were also a lot of places that you had to memorize the stage hazards, rather than reacting to what you see.
I liked the fact that you can play as Bass, too.

The best one so far, in my opinion of course. Not as difficult as the previous ones, but the experience felt much smoother and with no steep difficulty spikes. I really liked the Robot Masters, as well as their weapons. It was the first time I used almost all of them during some stages.

First time playing this classic and I really liked it. It feels like a step up from the first one and a much smoother experience.

Pretty difficult game. Needed several attempts just getting used to each stage. And the final gaunlets of enemies and bosses were brutal. The satisfaction after getting over a hard part however is worth it.
I really enjoyed the beggining of the series.

A truly fantastic DLC. You know, I'm not something of a Roguelite- enthusiast myself, but I enjoyed this one. The cutscenes kept me coming back for more and I kept playing even after the end of the end of the story.
I recommend it!

Hogwarts Legacy is the game I enjoyed the most this last year. I loved the castle, the exploration and the passion that went into building this world. I was running around Hogwarts and Hogsmeade trying to experience everything. In addition, I liked the gameplay as it was really flashy and it made you feel really powerful.
However I cannot award it with more than 3,5 stars. There are a lot of good things in this game, but they all seem unfinished. The potions, the plants, the spells, the broom- flying challenges, even the story. They reached their peak too soon, leaving more to be desired.
I completed my first playthrough and 100% the game. And although its flaws I will return and replay the game 2 more times for the platinum with other houses. And I know that I'm going to enjoy it.
