Days Gone's atmosphere is great and world is cool but the rest... It's a mixed bag for me. First - the story. From one side it's good to have a more "grounded" story, but I miss the grandeur a bit and there's too few strong story beats (some parts are simply disappointing too). Gunplay is rewarding, but there are a few gameplay mechanics that could also be more polished or more elaborate, such as the motorbike. It could have more options or upgrades, and it's only until the very end of the game that I felt really good with all the upgrades - similar thing can be said about tools that I had at my disposal.
In the end this game turned out to be lots of fun even though it's rough around the edges in many spots, especially with how quests and their progress are presented to the player - I was simply confused.
On a personal note, I think this game would have much better reception if it wasn't a PS exclusive at launch. Because of that fact, it was constantly compared to other PS exclusives like God of War or Last of Us which are a different league in terms of presentation and feel.

It's a well made adventure. Often keeps you at the edge of your seat like a good action movie with strong emphasis on family motives. I had good fun with this one - characters are real and likeable and story is well written. It's choices and consequences are a intriguing part of this one and I gotta admit - they are extensive. Despite its graphic design being... different, I got used to it very quickly and started to like it. It's a shame that some things from the plot were left unanswered or abandoned, but story can stand on its own without them.
I haven't explored all paths this game has to offer, but I might do so in the future. Maybe we will also get a sequel some day?

Ghostrunner was a difficult game to me at first, as I kept dying to the simplest enemies, but that all changed with time. This game is all about using your skills and expertise to slice through enemies with a handful of skills and upgrades. Progression is nicely paced in this relatively short game and I was really thankful for blazingly fast checkpoint reloads :) There's also a DLC and some extra modes for people that crave more, but I wasn't interested.
I love cyberpunk worlds and story in this one was interesting, but I wish there was more to it to be told and discovered. The only people we actually see are the enemies and there could be more non-hostile people we interact with.
OST was full of bangers and I listen to it at work sometimes lol. I will probably pick up the second entry when I get the chance but I will probably give myself some time ;)
