@moschidae the underage brothel thing is new to me, i think i maybe hate atlus! i'll have to figure out a comfy way to use a guide for dds tho, i'm such a baby about not using guides these days (i say that but i guess i literally used a guide the other day to get past a part in ff7, a game i have played 567 times, so maybe i'll suck it up and learn how to play old games i haven't played a billion times before again lol)

@MiraMiraOTW i have like 15 mods loaded onto P3P including the sapphic mod and the mod that removes the grooming, so i wanna say i'm prepared for whatever that game can throw at me when i'm playing as femc

@straylight i def like the art style in FES a lot more, something about reload's art feels like it "overcorrected" design aspects they thought were weak, the colors are oversaturated, and the characters' designs feel a lot more homogenous overall -- it's kind of harsh on the eyes if that makes sense? even more than p5 was. also yukari keeps making the dreamworks face during combat and it makes me feel ill every time i notice it, she deserves better. and tbh i just found p3p immediately more palatable, makoto's dialogue options can be extremely funny, but i love how kotone's bubbliness is balanced with the times that she's allowed to be more rude cuz tbh that's how *i* am irl lol (i mostly just liked that i could be mean to junpei, tho i didn't like that later i was forced to be nice to him when he said one of the most vile teenage boy things i'd ever heard. i think "Die." should just always be a third option you can say for any specific dialogue with junpei). hard to argue with ps2 vibes tho since i'm still an original nocturne purist myself, i just mostly wasn't looking forward to sitting through the transphobia scene so FES was not my first choice

@BlazingWaters i do think it's a shame how much of a hit the presentation took with portable, even if i kind of like how fast it is to get around because of it. the p4-ification is kind of a plus for me personally? though maybe if that level of difficulty maintained itself the entire game i'd get pretty bored, persona might unironically be easier and less strategically engaging than pokemon sometimes

oh forgot to add that i really hate how often the characters yap the same fuckin' shit over and over while in tartarus! does this game have ratchet & clank 2016 disease or something
