It shouldn't have been a $60 dollar game, but I had fun nonetheless. The game modes are given to you as you progress the story, there are very similar modes to Overwatch except that I actually had fun with them in Exoprimal (with the exception of Defending the Point)

People wanted Dino Crisis but if this was called Dino Crisis, people would have complained that it should have been a different IP, the game is basically in a Lose/Lose situation.

I personally had no nostalgia for Dino Crisis, but I had a lot of fun playing the modes that the game provides and I feel like people didn't give it enough time to dole out all the really good game modes like Omega Hammer and the Raid Content.

"What if Pokemon Scarlet/Violet was good?"

I haven't felt this awe struck about a indie videogame OST since Sayonara Wild Hearts. Its also a little bit challenging because of the Typings in the game where I had to have a chart up at all times.

Its a 2v2+ battle system as well which creates more of a strategy for the game and presents challenges more of itself.

Also Kayleigh is best girl

After a certain point, it stops becoming Game of Thrones and more Final Fantasy which is a good thing. The combat is great, albeit and is always opened for customization. The story is fantastic and I loved every minute of it. I just wish that the beginning Side Quests were a bit more meaningful but its worth doing them at the end of the game. The combat is a bit too easy where I can spam a few skills and go wild on everything else.

It only loses a Star for being too easy for combat as well as the Side Quests being tedious in the beginning as it didn't give much info about the world. I stopped doing them just before going to Moore the first time which I regret but started doing them again at Part 3 where it started to feature backstories for your characters in your hideaway.

Overall, great game, its anime af which is never a bad thing.
