Wanted a little pallet cleanser after The Outer Bores and yeah this was pretty excellent all things considered. Definitely on the shorter side but both the premise and world instantly hooked me and I had a blast as a cat trying to find its way home through a beautiful cyberpunk dystopia. Also did not expect some genuinely terrifying visuals with the second half. Overall if you go in expecting a short but sweet experience you'll be getting one of the best of the year.

A solid expansion to an amazing game.
TAG1 wants to piss you off.
It wants you to throw your keyboard at the screen in frustration but in a good way.
The increased difficulty thanks to the addition of some (annoying) demons makes this a must have for someone looking to go insane thank god i played this on hurt me plenty i died like 3 times but still

It is much weaker than Part 1 but it's still a very enjoyable DLC nonetheless.
Marvel's Spider-Man

Since the famous spider-man 2 ps2 game many studios tried to make a good spider-man game. In my opinion none of them turned out great. This stayed until insomniac announced that they are making the next spider-man game. This studio perfectly combined the two major features people wanted. The first feature is giving us the feeling of being spider-man. In this game you can freely swing around in New York Manhattan. The swinging mechanics in this game are so well made that the new spider man movies took inspiration from the game. Sometimes I found myself swinging around for hours. There are also a lot of "random" crimes happening when you are in free roam. So even when you 100% the game you have something to do. The second feature is having a typical spider man story. It doesn't have to be complicated or to keep me awake at night with it's different meanings. It's an exciting story which is a good enough to keep me playing the game. Most of the characters are well-written and lot of them have an interesting personality. There are things I don't like about this game. For example the basic enemies are basically all the same. The upgrading mechanics are also very basic.

Bloodborne

Bloodborne excels in every aspect. The gameplay is fun and intense, the lore is interesting and it has an amazing soundtrack.
In the beginning all you know is that you have to hunt down the beasts that roam Yharnam's streets, but as you progress, you start to discover a lot more about the dark, grim and tragic story of the plague-ridden city and its residents.
The game has such an amazing atmosphere. Perfect worldbuilding
The bosses are really well designed (there are a few exceptions) and they are fair. There are fights against huge beasts and other hunters. When you fight a hunter boss it almost feels like an elegant dance with them as you attack each other and quickstep around in the arena.
Finally, the soundtrack of the game is brilliant. It really fits the game and makes the bosses even better.
