I didn't think Bungie could mess up the missions any more than they did in The Dark Below, but they did, somehow. House of Wolves is an ok expansion, nothing special or great about it except The Reef. We didn't even get a raid from it. And the arena thing (I forgot what it was called) where that Vandal that's in The Reef is like the commentator, that's a peak gamemode.

Also the final mission where you fight Skolas is like a core memory for me, i don't know why. It was a fun mission though.

you cannot pet the wolves (i tried)

Destiny's second major DLC was...a bitter pill to swallow. While the campaign offering was significantly improved, offering some of the most engaging missions the game had yet scene, with a story and lore that was actually pretty interesting (if you bothered to read it on the grimoire cards outside of the game), the lack of a Raid is a sore spot on this expansion, lacking the one thing that defined the Destiny experience. The Prison of Elders was a reasonably enjoyable substitute, offering a more accessible activity and gear grind that was relatively well balanced. The higher difficulties of this were also just as hard, if not moreso, than the prior Raids had been, but that was mainly due to the higher enemy damage, resistances, and tight timing windows on boss mechanics.

For many, this expansion was an abject failure, but as a fan of the Destiny lore, the narrative presented kept me engaged at least, hoping for the day when Destiny would finally hit it big. Luckily, that wait was almost over.

I liked the new content added in this game even though it was pretty small. I enjoyed how it made me learn more about the Fallen and what that new information told me.

Not much better than Dark Below but I do like the Awoken and Fallen more than the Hive so it’s a little better to me

The kind of expansion that gets overlooked, that strictly adds gear and game modes instead of a tangible story mode and raid. An excellent quality-of-life expansion that I miss dearly.

Way too shallow on whole. The added story content is total non-starter, and I personally don't find much enjoyment in wave-based arena stuff so this expansion did basically nothing for me beyond adding some cool new weapons to the game.

Better than Dark Below however still lacking in a variety of aspects. The expansion really just didn't do much for me and considering how short the whole experience was it didn't feel like a expansion by the end, more like a few story missions. I have more to say here than The Dark Below probably becuase I saw potential in it more than the other expansion. Overall it ended up being alright and a definate improvement on the last expansion. Decent DLC.

Trials e house of elders, duas aquisições muito divertidas para o game loop (e no caso do trials, uma das maiores fabricas de rage no mundo dos jogos)

Peaced out after a certain Vault of Glass section in the story, you know how Insomniac has the Snow Beast Award? They should've awarded whoever designed that mission with that award.

In short I was never able to beat this DLC because of that part.

Prison of Elders was the first real content added to Destiny that kept me coming back, but that's still a pretty paltry addition to the game.

never had friends that were good enough to do POE

Pretty much the same amount of content added as Dark Below and pretty much the same quality as well.

Slight improvement on Dark Below solely for focusing on my favorite members of Destiny's cast, Petra Venj and Mara Sov. Also, the Prison of Elders is the best end-game challenge in my opinion Destiny 1 ever brought to the table.

A lot better than The Dark Bellow, campaign still a little bit iffy, not hitting emotional beats that could have made it endearing and interesting. Prision of Elders is decent.
