An awesome story with two fantastic leads. I found it more compelling than the base game and had way better level design too. Dogtown is just as crazy as the rest of NC but it had a lot of cool additions that reminded me of Destiny's open-world. The relic skill tree was a little underwhelming, however. One of the final missions was a proper horror level which I did hate as it stripped all your abilities and tech and was actually quite scary. CDPR could totally make a good horror game but that's not what I wanted from cyberpunk. Everything else is great and the DLC absolutely worth buying regardless. I recommend playing Phantom Liberty alongside the main story but completing it before the point of no return in the main story. Also, there's a big choice toward the end that splits the endings so you gotta keep a save from before then if you want to go back and get the others.
