I love weird games, and the fact I kept coming back to this so many times really shows this had something.

This was okay at first but it got really boring quite quickly.

In the first third of the game,
SpongeBob's driving levels weren't great since they were shown as "races" when in fact they weren't, but Patrick's platforming levels were pretty fun especially with the comic book style that reminded me of XIII and I got some enjoyment out of Plankton's 2.5D platformer section.

The second "section" that I played today was just boring.
SpongeBob's level was just Patrick's from earlier without charm, Patrick's was difficult to control and Plankton kept dying on spawn and his Lazer eye is uncontrollable.

That second Plankton level caused me to drop this game entirely because of how finicky it was.

The minigames were not great, some were harder to control than others, and I kinda expected more from this game.

I had high hopes for this game when I first started it yesterday but it grew old really fast.

astronomically more boring than I remember it being as a kid. Every area feels like a slog full of fetch quests and levels that feel like they'll truly never end. best part was probably inside the alaskan bull worm, which was my least favorite part when I was younger.

This game was so weird. The solid kind of weird that was jack of all trades master of none on what it set out to do.

I do wanna see a remake or remaster of it that irons out it's quirks to make it on par with Spongebob's solid lineup of games but what we have is good enough.

CFTKK is to Battle for Bikini Bottom and Movie Game what Crash: Wrath of Cortex is to the original Crash Trilogy. Its got all the makings to be a good Spongebob game, but some choices the devs made hold it back significantly. Some levels overstay their welcome way too much. Its not as smooth flowing as its predecessors either. Very linear and tedious to say the least. Still, I reccomend this over Truth or Square ANY day.

Enjoyed it a little bit as a kid. Was kind of fun back then but even then I never finished it and with adult brain I'd never touch it. Don't waste money.

never got the other endings

This game FUCKS the Patrick segment goes nuts.

The themeing of the levels of this game is pretty great and I had a fun time playing it through. I did however enjoy the no karting parts more which is a shame since the karting parts were pretty common.

I didn't even like this as a kid man, i thought the art and junk was really cool but the gameplay was just kinda whatever and it ended so quickly

Very fun turn your brain off kinda game, I quite like Plankton's presence in this and his levels with being chased by a Krabby Patty (music is a big reason why) and the giant movie monster levels (as seen on the boxart), tho Starfishman levels, while cool at first, just kept dragging on and on and on and ugh I just got sick of them after a while

Here we have another Spongebob game from Heavy Iron Studios. While made by the same people, this game is still noticeably different from the other two: Battle for Bikini Bottom and the Movie videogame. This one has a different engine, gameplay styles, and mechanics. The game was quite enjoyable, but certainly nowhere near as good as Battle for Bikini Bottom. Worth a go either way.

I have the same dreams of having laser eyes and attacking cities. Then the sponge comes and ruins my vibe.

Goes hard. The nostalgia glasses stay on for this one boys

Heavy Iron Studios made Spongebob a success in the video game world so Blitz Games decided to take their own take on Spongebob. Taking inspiration from the episode Sleepy Time, the game takes place in the dreams of Spongebob, Patrick and Plankton.

Spongebob has three different gameplay styles. He will do racing sections in a hot rod racing and nightmare racing, platforming in the hot rod and an Alaskan Bull Worm and he will also fly a plane above Bikini Bottom. Patrick has two different gameplay styles. He will do superhero action in a comic book style world and fly in a rocket ship in space and nightmare racing. Plankton also has different three gameplay styles. He will be chased by a Giant Krabby Patty, he will grow 50 feet tall to crush every building in Bikini Bottom and racing in nightmare racing.

Since the story takes place in dreams, the artwork changes. Level 1 - Diesel Dreaming is inspired by artist Ed Roth. Level 2 - Starfishman to the rescue is a comic book world. Level 3 - Supersized Patty is a regular Spongebob episode. However, Level 4 to 9 all use the same art style hinting at the player that all these dreams are the same dream.

This is definitely the most unique Spongebob game to ever be made. Blitz Games did a good job at it. Shame this is one of the last decent Spongebob games before the dark age of Spongebob games.

I remember not enjoying this one a ton. I did have fun with that musical minigame, though, not gonna lie.

I remember playing this game as a kid and enjoying it. I think I might like it if I played it now, but I don't feel like seeing if that's the case.

This game consistently scared me as a kid, and it was justified.

good game, feels like alot of the levels overstay their welcome. still fun, but levels should be shorter

The Nintendo DS version was trash.

To think we went from Battle for Bikini Bottom to this...

THQ fell off.
