The classic. This game was a complete evolution of Smash 64, with so many improvements and good additions added to the formula. Adventure Mode, Board the Platform, Homerun Contest, Event Mode, and all the trophies to unlock. That's not even getting into the gameplay improvements and the engine that allowed all the sick movement options and tricks used today.

smash bros before it got all overstuffed

liked it when i was younger but everytime i try it again i bounce off.

It's pretty good, I also don't have a lot of experience with it.

An amazing follow up to Smash bros 64. Adding new modes, new features and an assortment of new characters, some from franchises I wouldn't expect

1v1, FD, no items, Fox only.

This is the Smash game I played the least. It is very good, but its appeal to advanced players don't get me much, as a casual player. Its graphics and style are pretty good, and have many single players options that are pretty good. What hurts it for me is the have physics and how fast it is, exactly what makes it good for the majority of the people who prefer it over the other games.

un desastre de la programación, pero irónicamente el mas competitivo de la franquicia.

I've watched more hours than I've ever put in

One of the best sequels of all time.
It improves on the first game so much it actually hurts the original! It makes it look pathetic in comparison to this!
Double the characters, stages, new bosses and refined gameplay that makes things fast and snappy.

Gets basically everything right and totally improves on the original in such a way that established the hard and fast rule of "every Nintendo console needs Smash as soon as possible". Couldn't begin to estimate the amount of time I've put into this with friends and family.

a masterpiece in ways the devs didn't even intend it to be

Every inch of this game has love put into it, what else is there to say.

This game got turned into a weird battleground for awful nerds at some point. So many people are incapable of either praising or criticizing it without being some variety of shithead. THAT SAID it's also pretty much perfect

This game is overrated. A lot of people say that this is the perfect game when it clearly has broken stages and an unbalanced roster. Only 10 out of the 26 characters are viable.

The best mechanics in smash

this one gets nostalgia points AND good game points

The best smash. Jigglypuff for life.

4.8/10
one of the greatest competitive games out there, however its extremely hard/frustrating to learn, fox and falco are so powerful they kind of controll who you can and can not main.

First game that really clicked with me, playing at my older neighbor's house.
