Halo at its best. Arbiter and Master Chief taking on the Flood and the Covenant like the gigachads they are. An amazing and fun co-op experience that every gamer should try once.

Easily the best game in the franchise, holds up even after playing it for the second time. Halo 3 not only maintains but improves on the fantastic soundtrack, gunplay, and pacing which made the previous entries so memorable. Has some well executed emotional beats and ends pretty well too. Would actually wanna try multiplayer sometime as well.

I fought two Scarabs? And this isn't the best game ever?

Mi halo favorito, le tengo muchisimo cariño

Finished every achievement on xbox with this. So many hours of play and skill mastering do not say how much a throughly enjoyed this as a teen.

This is my favorite game. Nothing can top it. Does it have problems? Yes. But I have too many core memories from my childhood for anything to ever top this one

The campaign is the equivalent of Infinity War/Endgame. You're not here for the story: you're here for the spectacle, and Halo 3 delivers in this. Aside from Cortana, every mission in this campaign has something fun and replayable to offer.

This multiplayer has problems. The wonky networking and non-hitscan weapons can cause inconsistencies at times. And yet I still love this multiplayer so much. The sense of community this game began to form was wonderful and would only be done better by its sequel

Forge has been a gamechanger for Halo as a franchise and, in my opinion, is one of the main reasons this IP is able to hold as many people as it does. Sure, casual arcade arena shooters are fun, but the custom games Halo 3 started is something I can't recall any other IP doing with consoles thanks to its forge mode.

I can't say enough good things about this game. Almost a masterpiece... almost

The first 360 game I ever played.

Damn. The fights done and I’m sad it’s over. You kick so much ass. It’s so cool.

Found it really good, but I didn't feel very immersed. The multiplayer is the best one.

I would let Joe Biden send me to the space army any day just to experience the levels of hype this game generates. If I saw Master Chief and Arbiter doing the shit they do in this game not even Jesus Christ parting the clouds and descending back onto the mortal plane could make me look away. It doesn’t matter how pointless the oil conflict is, if One Final Effort is playing I’m charging into battle. If the level of raw energy in this game was converted to fuel there would be no energy crisis. If you shanked this into the Mohs hardness scale it would score an 11, and then an additional point extra for every person you’re playing with over one. There are no bad levels, no weak characters, no boring enemies, no downtime. JUST. STRAIGHT. GAS.

I’m ngl I do not understand the plot that well but it’s a pretty fun campaign

Probably the game I've replayed the most. Its just incredible

Halo 3's campaign is nothing short of cinematic. Huge battles in amazing settings make every level memorable and a blast to play both alone and with friends. The multiplayer was always a blast, whether it was running slayer matches, goofing around in forge, and having a blast in customs. I only stopped playing Halo 3 because Halo Reach finally came out three years later.

Achei divertido quando joguei em 2012 no 360

Replay.

Halo 3 marked the peak of Xbox as a brand, for me at least. Although I never actually owned a 360 in its heyday, I did borrow one to play this -- and it delivered on the hype and then some. A brilliant campaign. Still plays like a dream.

everyone will see this and say ''hell yeah''

As a kid I always thought Halo 2 was the better game, kids are dumb.
Master Chief's story should have ended here.

Halo 3 is like a thrilling action movie that is constantly in its climax. Once the campaign begins it doesn’t hold back. Lulls in the action are minimal, set pieces are plenty, and the action is constant. You would think this would get old after a while, but Halo 3 does not overstay its welcome. Clocking in at an average of 8 hours the time flies by. The story is admittedly pretty lackluster especially in comparison to Halo 2. Instead of setting up characters like the Arbiter, fleshing out the motivations of the Covenant, and establishing the lore of the Forerunners and Flood, Halo 3 opts to stick to its guns--literally. We just blast our way from one set piece to the next leaving any desire for lore or character development to take a backseat. Mechanically, it plays a lot like Halo 2 but improved. The new brute weapons, addition of the badass Spartan Laser, and the new equipment feature add to the already break-neck pace of firefights. The new vehicles were a blast to ride around in as well, especially my new personal favorite the brute Chopper. In the end, Halo 3 is a thrill-ride that leans into fast-paced action but sacrifices depth and greater narrative. It is a blast to play but lacks that extra push that could take it over the top and complete the package.

Maybe my favourite FPS of all time but you have to deduct a half star for that interminable anus level

Halo 3 was weird. I surely had a fun time beating this game, but it lacked something to me. Maybe it was because of the graphic style of this game (which for some reason seems different to me) or the level design (especially the Ark). However, IT IS the most acclaimed Halo title and I enjoyed every single part of it

My personal favorite Halo and first person shooter

Halo 3 does not boast the robust story of the 2nd game but makes up for it with an expanded roster of weapons and vehicles. The Arbiter is sorely underutilized after his triumphant debut in 2.
