Pretty much exactly what you want from a spider-man game... except for the Mary Jane missions.

As good as Batman games get. Stealth, story, characters, and action are all top-tier.

Hell yeah! Shoot people, get guns, shoot more people, get more guns! Better with friends (as is the case with many games)
