The camera angle when fighting and plot in this game is awful, they didn’t have licensing for Andrew Garfield’s face and a lot of the villains are weird mutant variants or Z listers. I swear Vermin is in this game - I am not 100% sure but this game is so ass and forgettable that I am not checking.

What awaits you is a boring plot, dull additional monotonous missions and ease of play. On the plus side, well-tuned character control. But this doesn't help the situation.
Вас ждет, скучный сюжет, унылые дополнительные однообразные миссии и легкость игры. Из плюсов, хорошо настроенное управление персонажем. Но это не спасает ситуацию.

What an old but good game. Really brings up the memories since I've tried it quite a while ago. Outdated for sure and hard to get a copy of it. Payed more than today's new game prices. Would love to play the second one but it's even more rare to get a steam key.
The new spider man games are surely more robust and polished but can't say I didn't enjoy the plot that was in the movie whatsoever.

Played it at my friend’s house. I remember thinking it was ok. I like how this is the only Spider-Man game where his suit actually gets ripped and torn when you take damage. It’s also cool that the game takes place after the events of the movie, so it doesn’t feel like it’s just copying the plot of the movie. And it’s awesome how he pulls himself up with webs as he’s running up walls. Little touches like that make this game memorable, but I think the rest of the gameplay and content was pretty standard.
A passable movie tie in game with some pretty good web-swinging mechanics, The Amazing Spider-Man gives hope to anyone wanting a decent video game based on a movie. I have to give props to the "web zip" system- being able to slow down time and tell Spider-Man EXACTLY where you want to go feels so smooth and makes swinging around the city feel more fluid. Though the game itself is a bit short and lacking of content overall, it still scratches that spider bite itch.
