If you have the interest you can fix these yourself at igdb.com . The IGDB discord has a whole channel dedicated to cover art. There are some guidelines to follow but the process is largely quick and painless; all it takes is a Twitch account.

I'll think about it but I'll see if I'm ever in the mood to do it.

Oh man, I love Get in the Hole. It reminds me of when the page for Swamp Thing NES just had an ebay listing picture for it's cover. mwah.

I'm working on a list at the moment and while it isn't as terrible as some others in here, seing the cover art for Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure for the 3DS was so damn funny, they could have added only the artwork put no, is just the front of the box itself, it's so wrong but I love it so much, and I think it really fits: https://www.backloggd.com/games/skylanders-spyros-adventure/

Something about them being the PAL cover (maybe Australian for the first) is really funny to me.
