A pretty amazing game from the developers of my nemesis, Glover. Easily the best looney tunes game, a collectathon that uses toon logic all the way throughout.

Explain to me how you fucking beat that crab

I legitimately don't remember anything about this game aside from the fact that I thought the dinosaur AI was cool

The rebirth of a series and one of my favorite managing games (I know very little about the genre)

I played the demo of this game to death. Then came the actual game, which I enjoyed very much. I just loved to have my own personal delivery service of heavy weaponry

It's better than the first game in every way except it doesn't call you a f*ggot anymore in the French version

The French version of this game calls you a f*ggot when you play badly and complete a level. This is my childhood

The most unique episode in the series, with the best plot, the best story, the best protagonist, the best art direction, Vladivostok FM the GOAT.

2010

Can't play it anymore, lol. I just know the commie guerilla faction was always unfairly balanced next to the other two, which was very based.

Why is this game so BRIGHT ???
That's the first thing I noticed about Gears 3. Why so bright ? What compelled you to go this way ? The dark aesthetics worked so well in 1 and 2, and here you just feel like it's a MTN Dew sponsored game for gringos.

The game itself is awesome and a vast improvement on the gameplay of Gears 2, but the campaign I feel is a lot more one-trick than the previous one. A lot less diversity, a lot more straightforward, and not much going on in the story except for THAT moment.

This was also the era in which multiplayer was peaking. And bonus : you can play the multiplayer offline with bots, too. For someone like me, back then, who only had rubbish ADSL routers that couldn't load anything properly, this was a godsend. I think this game has the best unlocks in a level-based multiplayer. You constantly want to keep moving forward and unlock more stuff.

This is the best episode in the series, bar none. Almost every section is memorable, the gameplay is varied. The part where you learn about the lab the locusts were created in is such a vibe, with the storm outside.

The section with the Krylls is forever in my memory, but that's it.

I still have no idea what a Guardian is
