overall a fun game that has a super compelling and unique concept. the first two acts are very strong while act 3 does drop off a bit, however i found the finale really satisfying.

Overall a really enjoyable experience. There's lot to do and some wonderful stories and characters that make this world feel alive. My complaints come from act 3 which felt unpolished. Many quests felt completely disconnected (the Ansur section of the Blade of Frontiers is kind of baffling to me - what does any of this have to do with Wyll?) and the final boss fight was somewhat of a disappointment, particularly given that i think the combat encounters in the game for the most part were incredibly engaging and enjoyable - this one felt like the game tripped at the last hurdle. Still, overall, I've got 250+ hours in this game so it's safe to say that in the grand scheme of things these criticisms are minor. I would definitely recommend this game to others and i enjoyed playing it a lot.

An incredibly game on all levels, from writing to art design to gameplay. I cannot recommend this game highly enough and it truly proves what games as a medium are capable of.

really enjoyable story and missions. i liked the new abilities a lot and billie is a really fun protagonist. my one 'issue' would be that i'd agree with the advice to buy the game on sale, just by virtue of it being a short game.

what if a game was a pain simulator, a philosophical treatise, an adventure in visiting people's houses, a nightmare, and a kiss on the forehead all at once? what then?
more seriously this is an incredibly captivating game that is (90% of the time) nowhere near as difficult as its reputation makes out. it is a testament i think to the levels of story telling video games are capable of achieving

really enjoyable follow up to the first game and the new setting, story and charaters are lovely. the dual protagonists is kind of awkward though. while i enjoyed playing the game as corvo and there were definitely moments that justified it, it seems like it is a much stronger narrative from emily's pov.

best game in the entire world and i'm crying tears of blood <3

i loved this game. it builds wonderfully on the previous game while adding amazing new content and having a wonderful story. any complaints i have really only center around the ending being unfinished but given the development circumstances and the mods to restore the cut content i can mostly overlook it

one of the few games that really lives up to the hype. i knew the twist and it still worked so well.

all i can really say is i found this game to be an absolute joy to play i had so much fun! i really liked the new mechanics introduced like ship combat and turn-based combat and the setting was really unique imo. the game took everything that worked with the first, and added more good things on top - all while having a really compelling narrative, so i can't recommend enough really

sure its not an 'assassins creed' game but the game is very confident in what it is and the story its trying to tell. maybe i'm biased because i love ancient greece, but i genuinely could sit and play this game for hours and hours.

this game strips the series of both its narrative and mechanical nuance. the story is mediocre, it walks back everything that has been set up in the previous games and its only real saving grace is that some maps are really pretty and the dlc are fun.

a beautiful game with some fun characters but way too long and too repetitive. the game is having an identity crisis throughout its runtime. its a failed viking simulator with a splash of assassins creed added on. it's fine in small doses so long as you don't think too hard about it
