this game holds a very close soft spot to me this game got me into Halo and every time i stray or have dry spots of playing this series i always get brought back to Reach.

the campaign compared to other entries in the series has a bit of a hard time being a rival but the ending is so strong and memorable and the aesthetics and gameplay are so satisfying that it helps bringing it up a couple steps

the game itself looks fun but is pretty mediocre and compared to games in its release year makes it look and feel outdated upon release

i was worried about getting this game due to the "controversies" surrounding it but after playing with friends the quality is way better than expected the only problems that i run into is that its a bit laggy and the AI tend to get stuck but other than that the games pretty good
