Played it during hours upon hours. Pretty surreal game.
As kid I always thought you were blasting through candies.

Its Candy Crush's grandpa for me.

It keeps fresh even after you played it a lot times.
This series deserves more attention.

The very first game I beaten in my life. Even today is a lot of fun to play, and it remains very difficult.
Still remember how much I struggled with the hazards on level 6 "Energy Zone" back in the day.

Ground breaking game for its time. A must play classic.

Pretty solid platformer. I played it a lot when kid. Kinda reminds me of the Tom & Jerry game also on NES, but way better.

Not one of my favorites games back in the time, but the concept was pretty original.

My god, I still remember playing this when I was like 2-3 years old on an arcade two streets from my house. They had to place a chair under the machine so I can reach the controls. Almost 30 years later I managed to beat it via emulation. Not an amazing game, but it was one of the first, if not the very first game I played in my life.

I'm not a fan of point and click adventures. Played it by recommendation and because of its fame. And no doubt it deserves it.

Just a few months later the SNES was released, this game comes to show how much the machine can do. An impressive game for its age, and so fun to play even today.
"Classicvania" to the core.
And the music! The sound chip from the SNES was freaking powerful.

I really love the mix of adventure-platformer with a little of puzzle-riddles, while traveling all around the globe. It takes the formula from Duck Tales on the NES and expands on it. Also, the plunger mechanics were very original.

Pretty good, well made game for the time. From the good old Konami boys, when they were the good old Konami boys.

A very good, and very unpopular game. I got the game in Japanese, so I played all of it without knowing what was going on. Years later I got the chance to replay it in English.
A hidden gem, no doubt.

The first classic Mega Man game I have ever played. The Robot enemies designs and levels are really cool.

Cool to play, even today. Controls may be a little clunky, however.

It tried its best to be a complete adventure game in the early 80s. System limitations crippled it, but it remains as a gem of gaming, nevertheless.
