I used to ask to rent this every week at blockbuster. life was good

clunky and repetitive at times, but very chill racer

Love the classic WAW maps that were remade, and I really like the gun systems in this one.

I liked a lot of the quirky decisions the devs made with this one. It might not have all worked but to me the maps were fun, I liked the hub world thingy, guns felt good, class system was a refreshing change of pace.

There's a lot wrong with this game, but I can't deny that I played the hell out of 3v3 mode. It was a crazy time sync for me. Made a lot of friends and enemies playing this game.

I really liked this remaster. I spent loads of hours playing my favorite classic maps. It was really refreshing at the time of release.

I realize it might just be that I have an addiction to this game format, but I genuinely didn't hate this game like everyone else. It had something going! Sure some of the maps were kinda trash, but honestly some really fun guns and builds you could make in this one. Also really good gamemodes from what I remember

One of the better ones fs. I loved the new custom class system and the Campaign felt like a return to form.

This game had it all.

Great Campaign, Great Zombies, Great Multiplayer, Great Mod Support. 10/10

MW3 was actually a very sick game. It was the first one I got to experience the midnight release of. I stood in line at game stop for this. It felt like a cultural shift in a sort of way. It was tangible outside the game. This COD was a heavy campaign, a thrilling set of co-op modes, and a pretty great multiplayer.

If you get the chance to play the wave of bots mode in this, it's actually very addicting. probably 300 hours spent in that mode alone

This was the first game I played competitively. It was something incredible to me. I absolutely loved the classic cold war vibes it gave off. It was amazing to play with friends, zombies was very polished and in a state I was beyond happy with, and the story was extremely compelling. I would come home every day from school and play all the way up till dinner, and then afterwards all the way until bed time. for a full school year, this was my life.

The fanbase used to go crazy for this game at the time, seemed almost unanimously people's favorite. For whatever reason I felt a disconnect with it. The maps feel less "gamey" and more "military sim". I know it's still very casual just felt off to me. Felt like a step away from the COD format, in a way I wasn't a the biggest fan of back then

This was a game-changer for the MP FPS community. I think this was some sort of spiritual peak for casual fps gaming. It was vibes, it was interesting with the new create a class system. People felt like it was risque for showing off "modern warefare" in such a casual public enviroment. I remember the news talking about how this game was going to change the minds of our future. Idk I kinda believe that a little bit now. You are what you eat America
