This game has so many fundamental problems whether it be the hardware issues at the time(framerate/loading times) or just insanely baffling design choices but there's something i appreciate where they made this unique experience based on the idea that a game like this would never sell and was deemed a failure and I respect it immensity cause of that

Super mid as a battletoads game

The level design is really rough and not focused at all but it has still nuggets of fun design and everything else is like perfectly done especially the music and aesthetic

People who think this game is bad are actually really bad at the game and refuse to engage with it outside of "wow i have to slow down :(((("

This game kinda shits the bed during metropolis zone and Death egg zone is like a huge wall for newer/inexperienced players and it comes out of nowhere. Game still really strong and its an improvement over 1

Literally the only handheld KH game with good combat

Combat feels really bad sorry also has some really bad boss fights depending on your character

Lets take the bad aspects of advance 1 and 2 and make something way worse.

Music is king shit though

Combat has some rough aspects but its a great foundation and advancement of the concepts Osaka team did previously and improved immensely with the Remind DLC. The World design is LEAGUES better than 2 by having actual content outside of a few levels. Story has some issues but its a satisfying enough for this arc of KH
