Scientifically proven to be the worst possible platformer.

Lethal Company if it got boring in two hours.

It is so bad that I have become immune to Bethesda Fallout criticism.

Not necessarily the pinnacle of the series, but it is the greatest improvement over its predecessor. The controls are far better, it feels more fun to play through the levels, these levels themselves being greatly improved over the original as well. This along with its sequels are some of the few NES games I will willingly play as though they came out today.

Every FPS should play like this. But even if every FPS played like this, this would still be the best FPS.

Without the violence, this game would be with the likes of World Heroes and Tuff E Nuff.

Atrocious game, may make a decent book.

Stop thinking Nintendo will ever release this outside Japan. Take matters into your own hands.

The gameplay felt more involved, despite not having a quarter of what they've got now. I'll give two billion vbucks to make this permanent.

Nobody would ever play this if they didn’t turn it into a Mario game.

This game removes paid content.

It's a rough, but overall fairly solid first entry in the series. Unfortunately, there's nothing here that really draws you into it over any other mega man game, it's just known for being the original.

Good for quick sessions, gets old pretty fast. But when you haven't played it in awhile it's just as good as the first time.

They were so embarrassed by this game that they shut it down. Making a platform fighter that is more fun than Smash Bros. proves once again to be improssible.

Very fun. All the different game mechanics interacting ends up making for some interesting puzzles. The graphics are incredibly detailed for a game trying to emulate 90s-era graphics, which makes it feel like how those games actually felt when you played them at the time.
