Do I even need to say anything?
I luv this game :3

This game is fucking awful.
The pre-release of this game was extremely stressful, from insecure Sonic fans on Twitter attacking people for criticizing the game to the entire Game Awards fiasco. I didn't play this game when it first came out last year, but I did play it later with Steam Family Sharing and....I dodged a bullet. The visuals look like someone first attempt at trying the Unreal Engine with horrible pop-in that I never saw before on any modern game. The open-world feels very boring with baby task missions and terrible controls. The animations are very stiff and it blows my mind about how games that came out years ago have better animations then this game. The combat is very button-mashy, with style taking precedence over substance. Even in the Super Sonic bossfights, it's all about style over substance. Cyberspace is terrible, with its reuse of assets and level design from previous Sonic games (which are far superior), and its sluggish and slow controls. The only redeeming feature of this game is its soundtrack.I am astounded that this game has a Steam rating of 90%. This is one of Sonic's worst (at least in my opinion), and I will not recommend it. There are numerous other games that do the same things as Frontiers but much better. Extremely disappointing.

Best fucking game we got over a decade please Sega let Evening Star do their thing

It's a lot of fun.
The only issues I had were with the camera and the music; otherwise, this game is very solid and, in my opinion, the best Sonic game since Generations.

sigh
Didn't really like this dlc either, just more Cult of the Lamb

Very fun and is a huge improvement from Sonic 1.
Metropolis is ass tho

When I first played this game I downright hated it, but when I saw the game for what it is, it's pretty okay.

Very meh
Visuals are alright but the controls are absolute dogshit I am sorry

This was my first ever Sonic game I have played and I loved it. The visuals are very stunning and the music is amazing for a game that released in 1993. I don't really mind with the level design since I like exploring anyway.

Well I finally actually own the game on Steam
Still very okay, it's fun but the bosses are so frustratingly long and tedious

This game is horrible wtf

I replayed it again and I STILL don't understand why people adore this game so much. While the artstyle is nice, it feels very corporate at times and very uninteresting. This "rougelike" system is very bland and weak and the bosses and enemies aren't very interesting for me. The cult system is okay can be fun at times. I really wanted to like this game but I sadly just can't.

this dlc isn't worth it honestly

It funny how this game is in alpha but is one of the best games that I have ever played.
