Perfect game for young kids which just started to go out for trick or treat and slowly get into video games. A RPG "light" but with the writing and heart on the right place.
Console versions unfortunately hasn't aged that well with a lot of hickups and fps drops even on Series X, but it's still fine to play through.
It can be surprisingly hard in some battles but nothing that's impossible.
I've beaten the final boss on Level 8.

Wonderful game. Not perfect, but a blast to play through.
In our current times where everything is open world and "games as a service" is a game like this extremely refreshing. Linear, super story driven and technically absolutely stunning. My god does it look insane in the native 4K quality mode.
Besides some bugs and glitches here and there and a fighting system that could have been a little bit better and more fleshed out, this was an incredibly satisfying experience.
Also 25 hours, not too long, not too short, basically perfect.
Games like this need to be supported and will always get my money.

Yep, this is a 5/5 for me. From start to finish this is an unbelievably special game, filled to the brim with so much heart, ideas and creativity that you can literally feel that they pressed 6 years of passion into this one game. You feel it in every level, every cutscene and in every character, it's something on a level that you only get every few years. A real masterpiece.

Played through it for the first time today and it was a fantastic experience. The amount of creativity and how different every single level feels makes you forget that this game is 16 years old already.
Only the bossfights are a bit annoying cause it's rarely clear what you're supposed to do there and which powers you have to use, here you feel the age of the game, but the rest is fantastic, charismatic and an adventure you have to play before you head to the sequel.

After so many releases on so many consoles and a whole collection that was awful from head to toe from 720p to 30fps and buggy as hell (Telltale Complete Collection), this is the one, this is finally the one collection and version of every single Season you can be proud of to own and replay this masterpiece series with. Native 4K on Xbox One X and Series X, 60fps too, beautiful Auto HDR, Quick Resume support and besides some small buggs and hickups, it's everything I've ever wanted.
