This truly was our blazed trail

Law/True Law Route is great, especially a certain ending which is amazing, and if it were just that, it would've been pretty good, but it's brought down by Chaos/True Chaos being very disappointing. It has a few strong scenes, but the way the route starts goes against Theo's character development and what the story portrayed Theo like up to that point but also goes back on that change in True chaos with him trying to save Titie, which yeah, he didn't go back on his word (proving he didn't fully change), but it's just kind of bleh overall, though this doesn't mean the normal chaos route is good. Without all the extra scenes added in international, this route would've been very, very bad. Also, the ending for both, especially true, are abrupt as fuck which just left a bad aftertaste in my mouth and weakened the strong parts this route has for me as we don't get to see what they would have led up to.

Character interactions are great, I had a genuine laugh at so many scenes I'd call it one of the stronger parts of this game. The characters themselves are decently written, didn't really find myself bored going through any their events so they were all fun at least except maybe mary.

Gameplay is more venusblood you'll either love it or hate it, I personally like it a lot. The music is great I've been listening to tracks outside of the game.
Main selling point for this game though is the VAMPIRE OJOU WITH GIANT DRILLS UOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

VAN ARKRIDE AND RENNE BRIGHT I KNEEEEEEEL.
I love pretty much every character here except for Elaine and Rene I'm still neutral on both, maybe the third game is where I'll like them haha... Story is great all throughout (I dont really get the act 3 hate apart from like 1 scene) and the ending I adore, the battle system is the best It's been and was genuinely balanced/difficult early-mid game but then the game gives you cetus phantasma and you just get to carpet bomb the whole game with renne/agnes from that point onwards.
Music is the same as kuro 1 fine with some bangers.

It's pretty consistent in its quality but a bit lacking in areas (characters, game being way too easy) which brings it down as a package but I enjoyed my time.

A lot of love was put into it which you can see from the world and the songs both being the standout parts of the game imo.

also they introduced the last girl in the last part of the game and she was better than the other 2 girls who have been with you throughout the rest of the game so that's pretty funny

This shit so peak, the only somewhat issue I have is I feel like the epilogue wasn't nearly long enough and feels a little rushed (it was already like 7 hours) but otherwise adored it.

I wish Mio and Sayless were real

SABER MY EMPEROR caster's great too BUT SABER KYAA

Hakuno's development from no one to someone (idk the right words for it) is amazing and by far my favourite part of the game.

Settings cool I LOVE THE MOON, ost is good and i liked the gameplay, it wasn't full random cause there's set patterns but it is a lot of trial and error dungeons were ass though.

If only he wasn't born in the wrong era

If it wasn't for the entire ng+ only scenes (why the fuck weren't they in the first playthrough) and some endings leaving me wanting more from them I'd adore it was more.

I enjoyed the story, I just like the setting, the characters motivations, it being a proper holy grail war and how it generally plays out.

Iori's already a good character and then when you do all of the ng+ stuff, learn more about him and get confirmations about the things alluded to in the first playthrough he becomes so much better to the point of being amazing (one of my favorite mcs) and his general relationship with saber and how it progresses is great, they compliment each other very well and in the ng+ It just elevates to a whole new level of amazing.

Saber himself develops well and is a great character all while bouncing off of Iori very well during every stage of his development, while not getting as many things in ng+ as Iori the stuff he does get helps.

The main cast characters are cool, good, consistent if a bit underdeveloped, some of them never got a proper conclusion, specifically Masters but I do wish we saw more of the servants too, ng+ does help some of them quite a bit however. Yui is the only one who doesn't get much of anything in ng+ outside of a scene in the ng+ route (probably my favourite scene in the game) but she's still great and I love her immensely.

Gameplay's fun I played on the hardest and didn't really have the "tanky and long" issue with it, ost is decent to good to great (iori's theme) and it fits the setting very well.

All in all i enjoyed my time with and Yui and Iori should have hot sloppy sex
