The steam re-release is terrible. Partial controller support, so had to use keyboard and that wasn't ideal. Broken english translation and only a few levels to play on. A big step down from the Kao 2 remaster.

A really nice vaporwave adventure game with an amazing soundtrack. The backtracking was an issue, as were the game crashing bugs which required saving often to avoid wasted time. I also particularly didn't like the last level design and it made me just to finish the game asap to get it over with.

This is a nice puzzle adventure game and is a good remaster of the original. Some of the enemies they throw at you from the start are pretty tough but there's a difficulty option included. The full story can easily take dozens of hours to complete, with seemingly endless side quests, which is why I stopped because I don't have that much time to devote to it.

The remaster is really nice. It's a good platformer but a shame the other two games didn't get a remaster too.

it's fun, i'm playing this shit like crazy taxi

More of a 'run and duck' than a 'run and gun' type game. The best strategy is to run by enemies to get to the finish for most of the levels. Controls were a bit infuriating.

It was engaging for a bit but lost interest once you started doing side quests outside the border post.

Addicting little casual clicker. Unfortunately it has some bugs which haven't been fixed that prevent late game completion.

It's actually pretty fun for a clunky late 90s driving game.

This is a much better experience if you play the emulated Dreamcast version. The PC re-release has a lot of issues that aren't present on the console game. Anyway it's a decent platformer but has several difficult moments that are rage-inducing.

Pretty decent block stacking platformer. I may revisit it again but lost interest when I got to the later levels. The maps are massive, which is nice but there's a lot going on and it can be hard to figure out the puzzles or even which direction you're supposed to be heading towards.

An endearing and wholesome adventure platformer, will be one of my top games played in 2023.

I could play these dreamy retro ps1 style platformers all day.

Short but the right amount of well-executed nostalgia.
