Gaming Sins - Untouched Series

We all have it. That series of beloved hall of fame games everyone and their mother seems to have played and talked about ad naseum, that for some reason you still have not payed your dues to, shunning your Gamer cred in the process. How dare you demand I play 15 Final Fantasies? I am only human, goddammit.
Pretty much the criteria here are untouched franchises/series that contain at least 3 games in their catalog that would like to play someday.

EDIT:
Danganronpa Trigger Happy Havoc - CHECK

Dragon Quest
Dragon Quest
Monumental franchise that is as old as videogames and endears me with its ability to reject change and evolution. Definitely bucket list worthy.

Dragon Quest I
Dragon Quest III
Dragon Quest V
Yakuza
Yakuza
Yup, haven't played a single one. While I'll admit its rise to mainstream darling has made me less and less tempted to get right into it, I still definitely want to go through the Yakuza pipeline.

Yakuza
Yakuza 2
Yakuza 0
Phantasy Star
Phantasy Star
Specifically the original trilogy, which this medieval sci fi hybrid aesthetic that attracts me very much, and represent the little SEGA had to offer in the JRPG genre.

Phantasy Star -
Phantasy Star II -
Phantasy Star IV -
Street Fighter II
Street Fighter II
The Figthing genre has sadly been one of my more neglected ones, but I have still managed to put a good chunk of cherished hours into Tekken, Soul Calibur and Marvel vs Capcom 2. Street Figther tho, for such a groundbreaking hallmark of the industry, is one of my most glaring omissions that I would like to rectify someday.
Touhou Youyoumu: Perfect Cherry Blossom
Touhou Youyoumu: Perfect Cherry Blossom
Ever growing in popularity, I fear I can no longer ignore the Touhou phenomenon any longer, and must one day take the Fumo pill.
Donkey Kong Country
Donkey Kong Country
Just seems like an overall solid ass 2d platforming series with some great OSTs accompanying it.
Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell
Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell
It's not everyday i'm in the mood for some serious stealth ludo, but when I do so, I see an underserved genre. And as the list of Thief games I have left to play continue to dwindle on, I feel my Sauron gaze looking towards Splinter Cell.
Spyro the Dragon
Spyro the Dragon
No idea how this one has eluded me for so long, but I have always had an interest in playing one of PS1's best offerings in 3D platforming. No interest in the post PS1 Spyo games tho.
Shin Megami Tensei
Shin Megami Tensei
Having played Persona 4 and 5, I now feel myself gravitating towards SMT's more gritty aesthetic and difficulty challenge. Might not touch the early entries during this lifetime, but everything from thr ps2 era onwards is fair game for me.

SMT III: Nocturne
SMT: Strange Journey
SMT IV
Shenmue
Shenmue
At the same time that it feels extremely dated when compared to the real world simulators the artform has provided since, Shenmue also has this unique quality that continues to make it stand out from everything else and demands me to play it. Yes, even the 3rd one.

Shenmue -
Shenmue II -
Shenmue III -
Onimusha: Warlords
Onimusha: Warlords
Hard to imagine nowadays that this used to be one of Capcom's flagship titles that sold like hot cakes. Samurai sword fighting with tank controls and celebrity mocaps? Sign me up, baby.
WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Microgames!
WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Microgames!
No real reason as to why I havent touched this one yet, I just know I need to do so eventually. I love the Rhythm Heaven, so I'm positive I will love this as well.
Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney
Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney
While not something I have in mind as a backlog priority, the numerous memes, quotes and characters I have seen all these years have made me experience the series through osmosis, and it has made me curious to see what the court drama VN is all about.
Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair
Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair
Pure morbid curiousity on this one and the hope this one finally gets me into VNs. I expect to have trouble getting past its biggest shortcomings, but I would like to see it all the way to the end for that controversial finale.

Trigger Happy Havoc - CHECK
2: Goodbye Despair -
V3: Killing Hamony -
Ace Combat 3: Electrosphere
Ace Combat 3: Electrosphere
Gotta come clean and admit that Backlogdd got me interested in this one, a series that I have always mildly glanced at since I was a kid. Specifically AC3, but I have always heard big praise for other iterations.

Ace Combat 3
Ace Combat 4
Ace Combat 0
