I miss this game more and more everyday... Wish I played it more while it was still around.

another definition of chill, just makes me want to drink coffee at 1am

This is a game that you don't do much in. It is a game where you listen to people and there stories. Occasionally you make a coffee or two but for the most part you just listen to the stories of all the different people in this world.
A nice calming game for sure.

For me the most satisfying battle system.

A mediocre asymm carried purely due to its crossovers and the fact that any competition can hardly last a few months before dropping dead.

Unless you have 3-4 friends to play with, avoid this one.

This game is why I bought VR.

Its straightforward and a ton of fun, definitely one of my favorites of all time. You play as a gladiator, tasked by the emperor to battle champion after champion, with an ever-expanding arsenal of floppy weaponry at your disposal.

You kill like 15 or 20 normal enemies, usually after being introduced to a new weapon, and the gauntlet is ended with a boss fight which usually is tailored to that weapon. Its gory as fuck. The enemies and weapons are all physics based, so you can grab them and throw them and shit, and tear enemies limbs off.

It's also a little easy, barring a few bosses, but also I don't really care for a challenge when I'm playing a game where you can rip someone's arm off and beat them to death with it.

I'm also probably the only person dumb enough to try a DDT in this game.

Gorn is dumb fun boiled down to its essence. Visuals, physics and art style are dumb, but beating bags of meat with floppy maces, bows and nunchuks is super fun. Actually still fun to hop on for 30 minutes whenever I turn on VR.

Had my friend play this and he broke a vase. Definitely a must play for vr people. You can pick up a buff guy and tear his head off

I am not typically a rhythm game fan. Nothing against them but it's just not a genre I find super compelling. However this game is just undeniable, a simple idea executed perfectly. Definitely look into getting community made custom maps because that is where the magic is.

RIP Battleborn. Despite everything this was one of my favorite multiplayer experiences ever and I will forever be sad that it got the short end of the stick.

This game has been in early access for less than a week, but is pretty much feature complete. It's riddled with very minor bugs.

I'm a sucker for this game, this studio, and especially the corny and charming writing. It's playful but will take an unexpectedly dark turn at many points. Those moments will make you curse out loud when you remember the game's promise of dark themes. Most love interest's stories are engaging and meaningful, although, one is a bit weak and another is incoherent.
There were also a few cases of emotional whiplash as the game needed to provide on both the narrative and dating part.

Finally, getting the true ending is a pain in the ass. You're gonna need a second playthrough, on top of save scumming, and probably a guide. Though, I suspect this to change. The final confrontation with the antagonist is unsatisfying, but each character's journey is not.
