...eh. Itās ok, I just donāt really like it. My experience was probably soured on it due to playing it right after P5 (my first megaten game) and having to adjust to what I consider pretty dated gameplay. But even after playing all of modern persona and multiple mainline games, I just donāt really think itās for me. I think the pacing was pretty bad and I hated the gameplay and found Tartarus very boring. Social Links ranged from like 2 good ones to the rest being either boring or insultingly bad. And the story and main cast, while decent, is still just kinda meh. In comparison to other rpgs Iāve played, it isnāt anything special imo. Something I donāt really understand is why this game is specifically praised in comparison to 4 and 5 because most issues I have with those games, I have with 3 as well. Overall I can see why people like Persona 3, I just donāt think itās for me personally.

Amazing to beat, 100%ing not so much. The 100 coin stars as well as nearly all the upper level areas outside of Wet Dry World arenāt fun for me at all. Itās a good game, it set the standard for 3D Mario, and the reason why everyone remembers the first few levels so fondly is totally deserved just because of how fantastic they are, but the sheer amount of terrible stages near the end makes this probably my second least favorite 3D Mario.
Never thought Iād like Mario 3D World more than Galaxy 1 but damn playing this with friends for the first time really changed my opinion on it. This game as a whole was made for multiplayer, and while some of the levels of clearly werenāt designed for it, almost all of them weāre fun regardless. Bowserās Fury is also a great addition as well and it makes me excited for the future of 3D Mario. I wouldnāt recommend it for just Bowserās Fury alone, but Iād still recommend it just because 3D World is a great game worth playing, with Bowserās Fury as a wonderful bonus. Definitely the best port Nintendo has made yet.

This is a game that I used to call my favorite game of all time as a child. Now? Itās alright. I loved both Galaxy 1 and 2 and my countless replays of both made me realize more and more things that were improved in the sequel. Probably the biggest complaint I can think of is that Galaxy 1ās level design doesnāt really blend well with Marioās moveset. Mario is slower in the game, so itās strange to me that certain levels are rather large and as a result, itās kind of a slog to traverse. Regardless though it is a very quality game at its core that you should play (even if the sequel is better and one of the best games ever made)
