My first vanillaware game I played a couple years back but just got around to finishing. Art style is immaculate, and the combat is so damn satisfying. The story was quite the tale, the developers are master storytellers. Highly reccomend any of their titles. Voice acting performances were phenomenal from the voice actors like Yuri Lowenthal, Michelle Ruff, etc.

I actually missed out on WarioWare Gold when it first came out, and I really enjoyed it! It's crazy to me that this game has full voice acting but get it together doesn't. Will always love the humor, Ko Takeuchi's artstyle, and the gameplay of the ware series. Gold in particular is a compilation, or greatest hits of warioware microgames and I gotta say, they picked some good ones! A lot from games like smooth moves and touched I grew up with. Big recommend to snag this one before the 3ds eshop closes!

Cute, 6-8 hour game where the concept is switching between 2d and top-down perspectives to solve puzzles. Writing's fine, nothing to write home about, but it was a fun romp.

This... is now my favorite Kirby game. All of it. After thirty years, they nailed Kirby as a 3D Platformer on their first try. I don't know what else to say, except play this game. I've been a Kirby fan all my life, and now, it feels like I'm that kid again, experiencing a whole new era for the series. Like, it was magical. Seeing old characters, remixes of old tracks, NEW tracks, and more. Any negatives I have are basically nitpicks at this point. Now to go for that 100%.

The game has it's fair share of technical problems when it comes to the jump to 3d, but it's still rune factory. Not much innovation as a sequel, but if it ain't broken, don't fix it. Addicting, fun, with great character designs and some catchy music. Fingers crossed for a patch that fixes most of the technical issues.

Quite a fun 2d platformer that honestly hearkened back to the GBA era. Art style definitely reminded me of a few certain games like part time UFO, among others. Game was cute, funny, has a lot of collectibles, everything needed for a platformer of this caliber. Would recommend!

Ok, brass tacks, negatives first. Game looks pretty bad, and runs pretty poorly at times, especially looking at finer details like clothes and trying to catch stuff in the water. No voice acting either. Hopefully this is improved in the future, other than that nothing much bothered me. For the positives, holy shit this is what I've wanted Pokémon to be for so damn long. The gameplay loop is addicting, it actually feels like a feat when you capture 'mons, and not to mention the numerous QOL features introduced that make things so much easier and faster. So yeah, this is one of my favorite Pokémon games now. I dunno if anything will ever top Gen 5 for me, but this game goes a long way in cementing a brand new foundation for the future of the series. This game now has made me 10x more excited for new releases in the series.

Level design gets a tad bull crap at the end, and the bosses are kind of meh, but overall I had a fun time with it. Naganuma doing the soundtrack and the first appearance of Blaze is a plus.

Coming into this game knowing nothing about it, I was completely blown away. The surreal story, the horror elements, the great card system, everything. I'm definitly picking up whatever games Daniel Mullins makes next.

It was quite a journey to go through this game for the first time. The story is great, ost is phenomenal, and the tech mechanics offer a good amount of strategic options between characters. A wonderful time and experience.

Started out just trying it out on launch, and a year later I picked it up again and can't put it down. Having a friend teach me the ropes and mechanics was really what I needed to continue it and get super invested.

Played it on NSO, still holds up and is one of my favorite RPG's. Really wish Paper Mario was still like this.

Very, very good start to my favorite Mario Rpg franchise. It was so unique, good music, timed battle commands, partners were lovable and more. A classic.

Could not have asked for a better return to form for mario party. I have little to no negatives about this game. Online works well, great choice of boards and minigames, the game looks fantastic and the attention to detail for the callbacks is surreal. I guess some more characters and boards would be nice but aside from that, the game is the best mario party in YEARS. Heavily reccomend, especially compared to super.

I played and beat a new 2d metroid in the year 2021. My 8 year old self wouldn't believe it. The first true HD 2d metroid game. I legit teared up even looking at the title. Samus controls flawlessly for me imo. The emmi encounters were nerve wracking. The bosses this time around were a HUGE highlight. Dread fixed what slight issues I had with samus returns too. I will be replaying this game again and again over the years. Buy this game. Support this series. We need more Metroid.
