This game literally saved my life. I wasn't hooked in the first 4 hours, but when it got going it really got going. I just love how realistic this game is due to your actions actually having consequences. If you dungeon crawl for too long, you get tired, if you say mean things to people, they won't like you. Not being able to control party members is a common complaint, I just saw it as reinforcing the fact that the group is a group of individuals that could make their own decisions. This game DOES have clear problems, but it's an experience that's hard to get somewhere else

Rare had the BEST platformers on the N64 and this game was the definitive proof. The worlds were massive, hilarious characters, huge combat upgrade, and a simple story to get behind. I can't believe people don't give this game it's flowers because it's "too much video game". What kind of silly excuse is that???

My friends told me to skip it. Tried it anyway, hated it

For some reason I keep getting random urges to play this game over and over again

Fell in love the moment I saw it as a kid. Super fun solo, a blast with friends. Has a soundtrack that I will never get tired of (except for birthday cake) I wish Microsoft would make it BC on the series X/S. I've even won a tournament for the game https://twitter.com/KDThreeSixty/status/1168704403810873344?s=20

Was a bit of a step down from Oblivion in terms of features, but still was a very fun game.

My favorite SMT game in the series. Love the combat, characters, story, soundtrack, everything. The thing that makes this my absolute favorite game in the series is the impact my choices have on it's story. I haven't played every SMT game, but this one makes me want to try all of them

Super interesting story, but if this game wasn't on the 3DS there is no way I would ever play it. The original games had no map which you desperately need in the late game. Plus demons can disobey you even with max loyalty??? Nah, I'm never playing this game again.

Game didn't live up to the hype. Was still good though

Can't believe Komashida made this game
