Ridiculous humor and pretty offensive or just outright disgusting, but a LOT of energy from that period and some iconic songs from the era.
Reeeeeally 2000s. Its humor and style share a lot of things with other collectathons from the era. Some strong Y2K elements.
O the attitude
It's still alive and it still has that energy, despite them trying to modernize it.
The colorful 3d graphics that I expect from this era.
Really weird game. But it works. Late 2000s game, but its soundtrack is dripping with that style.

Not that much since Mario is timeless, but it's in the GBA and that grants it lots of points.
