Despite having the smallest mainstream console library the N64 managed to carve out its spot as one of the most iconic libraries in videogames via a quality over quantity approach. While many series struggled to make the leap to 3D Nintendo pumped out hit after hit and much like the SNES the N64 library holds some series top entries. 3D platformers were born here and for that I am eternally grateful.
