Thanks to the remake, finally got around to this classic. While Seven Stars will always be the goat for me, the art style of Paper Mario is just so charming and the writing of this one was especially great. TEC, the bestest computer.

Beautifully chill and well thought out puzzle game. Really enjoyed this one and the story it told through the letters throughout the manor.

So happy to finally check this off the backlog. What an awesomely weird and spooky at times, game. It's wild to think this is how they follow up Ocarina of Time with this. But it shows the utter confidence of the team in what they had and the game is great. Also happy to have played the remake on 3DS as I can imagine how frustrating it must've been to do all that menu management on the N64 with constantly going in and out of the menus.
