You might not count this since it was never really intended on being seen by people, but the Switch originally had Golf for the NES built into it as an homage to Satoru Iwata, and it even had Joy-Con support. It was taken out in an update, unfortunately.
Great list! You found a lot of them! One you might want to consider is Dr. Sbaitso which was a pack-in with SoundBlaster cards.
