it pissed me off because some really talented people worked on this game, like the environmental artists did an amazing job, but outside that it was just terrible. The story wasn't predictable, but that's only because I kept guessing ways it could go that would have been really smart and clever, but the game decided to have the worst shittiest story with the most unlikeable protagonist.
I'd be pissed off at Konami if they weren't doing stuff with MGS again.

originally played on PS4 at launch, which was a nightmare for how broken and unpolished it was. But I fell in love with the world, so much so that I continued for 38 hours playing one of the most broken games. So when it finally got it's PS5 upgrade, and lots of bug fixes, I went back to it, and fell right back in love the world, this time polished and immensely fun.
The world is incredibly immersive, and the characters all deep, well-written and likeable. So when I finally got to the ending, getting what I think was the perfect ending for V, it almost moved me to tears. No game has stayed in my mind as long post playing it as Cyberpunk, for the coming two months all I could think about was this game. It will always be, in my heart, one of the most memorable gaming experiences I've ever had.

Took me a while to finally play it, and had been meaning to for a while, but never did. But I'm glad I finally played it. One of the better experiences I've had in gaming in the past while.
The game is full of some of the best and most satisfying gameplay in a 2D platform game. But this is no Doom where you play for the gameplay and the story is just in the background, Katana Zero's story captures you, with the many mysteries and plot twists. Throughout the game I found it not too hard to predict some of the twists, but I could never have predicted the ending from a mile away.
Overall well worth the buy, and I would highly recommend it to anyone interested. It's been a long time since a game physically made my jaw drop like this.
