Pushes Minesweeper past its limits, adding new rules and wild shapes to show just how much potential this puzzle format has. Generous level unlocks let you play at your own pace. The drawing tool is a godsend and makes external notes obsolete.
It's very difficult, so perhaps it's not the best starting point, but it's a must play if you like logic puzzles and minesweeper.

Now this is a real fuckin’ video game.

Surprisingly fun platformer with really charming visuals and an absolute BANGER of a soundtrack. 100%ing it's really fun too, and I loved unlocking skins for the Yoshis based on different Nintendo consoles. If it weren't for Tropical Freeze, I'd be willing to call this the best game on the Wii U.

I went into this game expecting a cute and comfy platformer that offers me a bit of fun but not much depth, but Woolly World is actually a genuinely great game (in addition to being extremely cute and comfy). There's no reason to buy a Wii U nowadays but if you already do own a Wii U, I can't recommend this game enough.

Is he made of ground or the world made of flesh?

It's amazing that it took 20 years for Nintendo to finally make another good Yoshi's Island game.
