This is a review in progress. Up until now the game seems to do a good job as a strategy rpg.

This game is very addicting. I highly recommend starting on the hardest difficulty as the other ones make the game way too easy.
Story is generic, but there are a lot of characters and we have some interesting ones. Gameplay is where the game shines. There is a absurd amount of customization, and you can build a infinite amount of teams. On lower difficulties pretty much every strategy works so playing on expert is necessary if you want to actually strategize.

There is a good amount of content with world exploration, secret quests and the colisseum.

I really wish vanillaware would make a sequel out of this, as it has the foundations to be one of the best strategy games ever.

I haven't played Granblue Fantasy before and i dislike gacha games, so my expectations were pretty low coming to this game.

Still, i got a enjoyable and fun RPG that plays a bit like Monster Hunter.

Story wise i couldn't care less about this, it's your generic anime power of friendship story and easy to follow, even if you haven't played the gacha game.

Gameplay is where it shines. There is over 20 characters and each has it's own playstyle. The main campaign is very short and the pacing is insanely fast, however, there is multiple endgame oriented content.

Lots of grinding for those who like it. A recommend if you like Monster Hunter or cool boss fights.

Having played all of the RE remakes, i have to say this is by far the worst one.

The game is short. I completed it in 4h40 trying to explore as much as i could, and even then it felt like it had the pace of a shooting star. Everything happens too fast and it seems like very little care was used when making the game.

I didn't play the original so i don't know how much content was cut, but i have to say it still felt like the game was incomplete.

Would not recommend it, unless you are a diehard RE fan.
