everything from the art to the music to the combat to the exploration is perfect to me. i think i first played this in 2019 after watching my brother play it and listening to the soundtrack when doing homework lol (extra shoutout to the music it definitely has my favorite soundtrack to any game). super fun and tight gameplay, tons of little secrets spread around everywhere, and such a cool fucking aesthetic. theres like 50 other things i love about it too but im gonna sound lame if i keep listing them so instead you should just play the game

to be fair i think i only did the tutorial level and then some of the mode where you decorate a basement but i didn't really like it and the ps plus subscription i got it for free off of expired so i can't go back to give it another shot if i even wanted to
got better as it went on but is kinda plagued by the first 33% of the game or so which is just kinda so/so. also hurt my eyes to look at sometimes

provides an unironically fun base game while keeping the crazy unique story as the main draw of the game. only wish they maybe told some more of it in the game itself and not in the arg cause i had barely any idea wtf went on until i looked into it lol
