"this is a good game but a BAD DOOM GAME" no its just mid man. imo the only thing of like real note about this is that it was the best looking game ever made until half life 2 came out. the concept had been done FAR better before in half life 1 and the gameplay was done better in fear. however i will admit that the menu music is fire and i do really want to see vaseline slathered barney calhoun doom marine return in the modern doom games somehow

when i was 10 and my aunt got me this game i was like really upset because i didnt like batman. i liked spiderman. but when i finished it i suddenly liked batman as much as spiderman so i think if idiot inexplicably anti batman 10 year old me was like converted into being pro batman solely because of this video game then like its probably pretty good
better than spiderman 2018 but they still have a little while to go. i think the biggest and best step this made in comparison to every other spiderman game i can think of is the tricks being put to the forefront. theres so much style and learning involved in trying to do cool shit and its really really refreshing and fun. its genuinely awesome to me that there are now, for lack of a better term, spiderman frag videos using tricks from this game, and i cant wait to see what they do with it in the next one. Btw mysterio shouldve been the boss at the end of the training side missions after stealing the holograms. Like I actually have no idea how no one brought that up during development

absolutely hysterical to me that the only great character in this game was only good because the actor flat out refused to read a lot of the shittier lines in the script and just improvd. fun combat though ig just wish it wasnt attached to R* P*****

i have 555 hours in this game over the course of its entire life span. easily the best worst video game i have ever played. friends are a must and use the basic voices mod for the best undisputed 13th best pve experience out there
