Review for my 3rd replay. This game has unmatched vibes. Yharnam is one of the coolest settings for a video game, and I wish any other souls game reached this level. There's so many fun boss fights here as well, a true masterpiece. I could dock points for certain bosses(fuck the One Reborn) or the weird difficulty curve(imo the first zone of the game is by far the most difficult) but it just isn't worth it because this game is such a unique and fun experience.
I like Umineko and Fighting games this game made me laugh. It allows me to play as Dlanor and Willard so I can't ask for anything else.
I read all of Higurashi and Umineko just to see this shitpost and it was 1000% worth it.

Uminkeo is more than the sum of its parts. Beautiful. Art. Something I will be recommending to all of my friends until the day I die. There's very few pieces of media that have made me feel the way this one did. The way its story works together to create something truly profound is like no other while also simply being cool as hell and a fantastic mystery that really makes you think to try and solve it. I'll recommend this to anyone who enjoys reading, and even those who don't.

The first half of Umineko. I'd give it 4 stars if it wasn't followed up by Chiru, which is a life changing experience. This half is vitally important though, I'll never forget reading this series.
Uminkeo is a profound experience, and this ending is brilliant. This is legitimate literature, the kind of thing that could be taught in schools if it wasn't over double the length of the lord of the rings trilogy. I'll think about this work for a long, long time. Thank you Ryukishi07.

omg this shit is crazy. I keep thinking like "oh this solution totally makes sense" and then a character brings up that exact theory and I'm so wrong that even when I seem to get something right I think I'm still wrong. Anyways Dlanor is amazing Erika is amazing nobody does it like Ryukishi.
Amazing end to the question arcs. Umineko is amazing, and I'm really excited to see where we go in the answer arcs.
Better than remake, which I already loved. This game is something else. All of the major moments from the original here are great, and retain all of the charm of the original, and the new stuff is really fascinating and super cool.

Love the content for Jessica and Rosa here especially, plus Beatrice is amazing. The difficulty feels higher than Higurashi right now, but I'm not sure how future chapters will go.
Insanity - just as tough to parse as the first arc of Higurashi. The characters are great and I'm having tons of fun crafting theories.

An essentially perfect remake of a game which was always a gem despite huge issues for me. It fixes nearly every flaw I had with the original and enhances everything about it.
