Alternate watch is genuinely a fun and scary experience. Dark mode is a nice challenge. The most frustrating thing though is that some anomalies are so small, you’re practically guaranteed to miss them and therefore miss beating the game 100%. The game experiences was very enjoyable though.

This is Nintendo’s best RPG to date, in my opinion. The charm and enjoyability of this game is rivaled by almost no games, save maybe this games remake. You can clearly see the handiwork of both Nintendo and Square Enix, who have pumped so much into this game it’s impossible to be bored playing it. This is another 10/10 banger, and everyone should play it followed by the HD remake.

Besides Mario Sunshine and Mario Odyssey, this is one of the best 3D collect-athons Nintendo has put on the market. This game is incredibly charming from start to finish. I had this on Xbox 360, but never 100% finished it until it came out on the Nintendo Switch N64 online service. I’m really glad I went back to finish the game in full. This is a game every gamer should play in their lifetime.

This is such a cozy game, teeming with life and personality. Every creature and environmental detail is so brilliantly crafted. Both the regular gameplay and the Dandori battles are incredibly fun. The Pikmin, while numerous, are easy to get attached to. Seeing your treasure collection amass feels so rewarding. I can’t think of a single element of this game I didn’t like. This game is a MUST OWN for Nintendo Switch owners.

A decently fun game with well-crafted stealth mechanics. I think this game can play a bit clunky sometimes, as enemy vision seems to be somewhat inconsistent. I do appreciate that the skills unlocked throughout the game can change the way you play so much. If you enjoy stealth games, definitely check this game out.

It’s been a while since I’ve had so much fun playing a game. Movement in this game feels so fluid and satisfying. Getting to pilot a Titan feels satisfying as well. The campaign was really good too. I only completed it on normal but it felt like a reasonable difficulty. BT also became my favorite character through the whole story. It makes me sad there won’t be a third game (to my knowledge) but I’d still be more than happy playing this one on repeat.

I love this game so much oh goodie I love that it is not luck-based at all I love playing against the same 3 team comps every game oh jolly good I love this game so much with all my heart. /s

The departure from typical Pokémon gameplay in this game is refreshing. I really enjoyed being out in the field catching Pokémon and really feeling like I was helping with research. On the negative side of things though, I think the games battle system in much more unintuitive than a traditional Pokémon game. Also, no games should look graphically in 2023 like this one does. That said, the positives outweigh the negatives for me and I enjoyed the game overall.

The aesthetic and soundtrack for this game are really nice. It’s very clear where the game gets its inspiration from, and it emulates the feel of those n64/ps1 era collectathons very well. Sadly, this game suffers from a lack of distinct direction. I never know where I’m supposed to be in any level or what I’m supposed to be aiming for. Whenever you play sm64 or banjo Kazooie, you always know what your goal is and what you can obtain at any given time. That’s not the case for Corn Kidz 64. Also, why is it called corn kids? There isn’t even any corn!

While I liked playing this game a lot when it came out during all the COVID lockdowns, I think playing it every day exposed the game’s biggest flaw. Outside of when you are just starting out or the occasional content update, New Horizons is a lot of the same thing day after day. I really love the game’s cute characters, but there’s just not enough content outside of fishing, catching bugs, and talking to your villagers to keep me coming back anymore.

I love games with little unlockables like the disguise mode in this game. It’s such a fun touch. While it’s annoying to have to replay stages to unlock everything, I still think this is a good game (sans pod racing level).

Considering this game runs on the same engine as BFBB, and followed BFBB in release, you think it'd be of similar quality. Instead, you have a more mediocre version of BFBB that strangely runs at a lower FPS. This game is alright, but it is nowhere near as good as BFBB. If you ditch the weird driving and slide levels, and include more traditional and arena levels, then you'd have something good.

This was my first Dragon Quest Monsters game, and it didn’t disappoint. I had a few issues with the game, like how the pacing at the beginning of the game is incredibly slow, or that you need the DLC if you want to take hours off of the time it takes to synthesize high rank monsters. That said, the characters were likeable, and I did love obtaining all of the different monsters in the game. How many other franchises have a collectible monster named “Crabble Dabble Do?” None, absolutely none.

I have only just started playing this recently, but it is definitely living up to the hype. It’s such a nice marriage of different game genres and the pixel graphics contrasted with the 3D ocean really make the world pop. I’m reserving my final judgement for when I’ve finished the game but I’ve been very pleased thus far.

Very fun game all the way through! I wish there had been more incentive to upgrade your boat, as I’m not sure you needed to the entire game. The volcano area was also not very fun. However, I loved catching fish, finding out more about the lord of the game, and doing the character voices when I streamed this!
