Possibly the best way to experience Sonic 3 and Knuckles. It’s on almost every platform (besides official consoles) and there’s so many quality of life settings you can configure. You can tweak settings like getting features from previous sonic games, you can change the music, you can even get mods! Don’t get origins get this. Even getting it on your phone is better then spending 50 dollars for a crappy Sonic port that has barley any customization.

The game is real fun especially if you have a party of friends with you. Getting all the guns and making a certain class for a certain play style is so much fun, however it gets repetitive. I recently bought it on steam and a lot of people say the console versions of the game is a lot worse than pc.

The game is huge. The story is fun. Online is a grind and not worth your time unless you got some friends with you. That’s all I’ve got to say really.

One of the best spider man games of our time. I beat the story but haven’t 100% it yet. I got pretty close last time played getting 87%. Maybe I should revist it. I don’t remember the story well but what I do remember mostly was the world building and the combat. Swinging isn’t the best in the game but it is well in depth. As you’re swinging through the city there many different calls you’ll get from other characters and even JJ Jonason has a podcast. Just hearing his funny remarks on Spider-Man gives this game a star or two. The combat is fluent and there’s many ways to take out enemies.
Beat the game on the Wii years ago. Have lots of nostalgia for it. One of the first few games I got for the Wii and I played it a ton. The puzzles aren’t to difficult put it doesn’t mean you can turn your brain off. You can turn your brain off for the combat though as it’s not difficult, just mash a button. And the humor is probably a stable for the Lego series. Great game to play with someone younger than you. Great for all ages.
This game actually stinks. The create a character was cool but it got old..quick. No one online uses anything but their cac. The combat is horrible. It’s a stamina based 3D arena fighter. The worse kind. If you were to run out of stamina you can do anything and people can chip off free damage. The story is literally just the regular DBZ story but the villains are stronger. That’s it, that’s literally it. But that was fun for me when I first started. If I was making this maybe 4 or 5 years ago I would probably give it a 4 star honestly, the huge is the fact there are so many dlcs. It’s to the point where DLCs cost more than the base game. And people continue to buy this? You get 1 or 2 characters, a few costumes, maybe an arena or two and a few missions you can do for around 10 bucks. Now that doesn’t sound to bad but you have to grind for the movesets for your character. Now a regular person would think “So I just beat this mission and I get the move” well no, you’re wrong because it’s rng based. Not only do I have to do more work for something I paid for I HAVE TO SPIN A SLOT MACHINE TOO? This game sucks can’t wait for BT4 to come out. But this game might have the same problems the fan base already told the developers most is ok with an abundance of paid DLCs I doubt it will live up to the past installments.

A great platformer that rewards speed and exploration. Sonic feels really smooth to this day and speedrunning this game is something for everyone. Seeing how fast you can beat a certain level is so fun. But you can slow down and try and find the Choas Emeralds. Unlike the previous game the Choas Emeralds has a use, you can turn into SUPER SAYIA- SONIC! You pretty much get god mode until you run out of rings. You can still die to the void or getting smooshed however. This games boss fight might have the hardest 2D boss fight I’ve ever played. You have to beat two different bosses without getting hit once. So no rings also means no Super Sonic. Once you beat it you really feel accomplished. I commend those that beat it without save states.

The Sonic game that started it all. If you have played future installments of the 2D Sonic series it might feel weird, because there’s no spin dash. But even with out such the great move the game is pretty fun. The only bad things is you’re looking for the Choas emeralds doing all these challenges but it doesn’t reward you with anything but a png. It’s crazy, however the next installment fixes this problem.
I should not be giving this a 5 star but the story IS SO GOOD. I have a lot of nostalgia for this game, use to play it all the time. The characters you meet all have a story. Besides background characters no one is 1 dimensional. Everyone has a reason why they do what they do. Creating your character you make who you want to be. Over time you get lots of options of what you want do, you could be a morally correct person, someone chaotically good, someone justifiably good it’s your choice. You gain dark side or light side points for the choices you make however it doesn’t lock wither or not you get a dark side or light side ending. The only thing lacking is the combat. As I got old the more boring it got. I hope the remake improves on the combat but leaves the story alone.

The stinkiest pile of shit of a game ever. Oh my god what did I do to deserve to touch this game.
MY FAVORITE SPIDER-MAN GAME! The web swing is SUPERB you can gain speed crazy fast if you know what you’re doing. The combos are SUPERB switching between the suits picking if you want to use venom movies or your classic friendly neighborhood Spider-Man moves. In the story you can make a difference if you want to the bad or the good. These options later affect the game later on in the ending. This game is great I love it so much.

The game that started it all. A great little 2D platformer that aged great. There’s still lots of people speed running it to this day. Put even in a casual perspective the game is really fun.

The weirdest classic 2D Mario game, because it’s really just a texture pack on top of another game. I never really got around to this one. It’s a top down 2D platformer. This is something new but not my thing.
I don’t remember this game too much but I do remember it was much worse than the 2nd game. I did have a good time with it through it has almost the same problems as the 2nd game. And oh my god I just remember trying to get a mentor but they always spawned randomly. That was very annoying.
