Objectively the worst Yakuza game. The English dub of Yakuza on the PS2 is better than this crock-pot of fucking shit. It's well polished, it has a cast of characters that are both loveable and memorable, it has a banger soundtrack like most Yakuza games, but man, the actual gameplay is just...

I can't with this JRPG bullshit. ALSO THERE'S NO DIFFILCULTY SELECTOR LIKE IN PAST YAKUZA GAMES SO THAT'S FUN. And the worst part is that people constantly praise Like a Dragon and it's sequel for it's new direction with it's combat. It's horrible. I don't play Yakuza games to emulate the feeling of turn-based-JRPG combat.

This is like if they were to announce the next mainline Call of Duty game was going to be a anime visual-novel. IT'S NOT WHAT THE SERIES IS KNOWN FOR.

I have so much hatred for this game, I really do. It's where I completely dropped the Yakuza franchise in it's entirety, and it's a damn shame because I really did like what the folks at SEGA we're cooking up until... THIS. And with the sequel Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth following suit in terms of gameplay, I think it's over for us 3D Beat-em-up chads.

I know that CU29 hasn't ended yet (Which was originally supposed to be Season 6: Spirit of Fire, but they had to scrap it) and it's weird really. We don't even know when CU30 is going to come out.

But back on topic, CU29 is honestly one of the worst responses to Halo Infinite's content issue since Season 2. CU29 genuinely gives me "The Season 2 content drought" war flashbacks.

But at least there's far more maps and playlists now than their was back in 2022. The other big thing to note about CU29 is that they did away with the battlepass that gave you back the credits that you'd use to buy them, and opted for smaller, shitter 10-20 tier "operation" passes that don't have some credits that you can get back, but sure as shit have double XP boosts- like as if you weren't sitting on 200 of those already.

The only good thing about CU29 is that they added the Mk IV core, which I personally don't care for but I know a lot of people do, and they expanded on cross-core with cross-core shoulders and they made more pre-season 3 coatings cross-core.

Also the majority of the content that WOULD'VE been in the battlepass is currently in the shop. That's nice. Thank you 343. Thank you for giving me the privilege of licking your filthy boots one last time before you cast all of us who supported this game since the beginning to the side to work on your next Halo game that LET'S BE FUCKING HONEST- is going to be just as shit as Halo 4, Halo MCC at launch (and rn), Halo 5, and Halo Infinite. Thanks 343. Maybe your army of rabid zoomer Halo fans who were born in 2010 will support your future endeavors, but I sure as hell wont.

In hindsight, this was the best Halo Infinite season yet, it was after the game started making a resurgence, but before 343 announced their plans to essentially end Seasonal content in Halo Infinite.

I have a lot of good memories with Season 5 of Halo Infinite, more than the past seasons at least. lol

I have a review on my channel describing just how much I love this game that does a better job getting my point across than I can in text-form.

I've been playing Street Fighter since I was a kid, my first game being Street Fighter II. I played a small bit of SFIV in 2018 long after that game's playerbase mostly died off and played only 2 hours of SFV prior to this game's release. Although I don't consider myself to be a huge Street Fighter fan let-alone competent at any fighting game, I can't deny that Street Fighter 6 is a absolutely solid entry. Good games with zero strings attached are extremely rare in today's AAA modern gaming climate.

My two main reasons for giving it 4 stars and not 5 however, is because there's no option to play against specific types of players, like playing against Modern control players only, or Classic control players only. The frustration of sweating out an entire combo only to lose the match because your opponent pressed a single face-button is immeasurable.

My other issue is more of a me-problem however. Now maybe it's my fault for thinking that getting the PC version was a good idea, but despite having PC specs above the minimum requirements listed on Steam; I can't play this game without getting nervous about melting my PC's CPU and motherboard. So I stick to playing World Tour mode on my Steam Deck.

Season 3 of Halo Infinite was when I finally felt like the game was going somewhere and gaining some semblance of momentum again. On that note, Season 4 is a complete let-down.

I don't care for the Hazmat aesthetic or for the majority of the new shop items added, and if you're like me and were never a fan of Infection in the first place; this will feel like a more bare-bones Season 3.

Not to mention that Unyshek decided to wait until the absolute last minute before Season 4 released to tweet about all multiplayer cutscenes being cut, essentially putting the multiplayer's story on hold, AGAIN.

Halo: Combat Evolved was not only my introduction to the first person shooter genre, but my introduction to the concept of video games as a whole. Words cannot describe my connection to this specific game in the franchise. Not to mention it's art direction and style that's still leagues above what any AAA game can hope to achieve these days.

I can't believe I actually played this.

This game functions more as a way to get a bunch of achievements for your Steam page than an actual game, so if we look at it that way; it get's it's job done. So 5 stars for that.
