DaNovaFRFX finished The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom
Honestly this replay raised my opinion back up for this game. I always loved it, but I absolutely had some major criticism of it. This replay made me realize how small those issues are.

I decided to not do all the dungeons because I wanted to attempt the boss rush. I ended up deciding to do the lightning temple last second just because of how fun that dungeon is. Honestly, I think I could do the boss rush pretty easily now.

I do wish there was more time spent in the sky for this game, and I do wish the underground was more fun, but eh, end of the day this game is incredible. It still stands as one of my favorite games of all time, even if I would still put BOTW above it.

Honestly I might keep playing this game and do the rest of the dungeons. I'm not ready to stop playing yet.

DaNovaFRFX finished Sonic Rush
Not going to lie, I have a lot of mixed thoughts on this game. While there is a lot to love here, like the music and the introduction of Blaze, the level and boss design is some of the most infuriating Sonic content I’ve ever played.

My biggest issue with this game was how many levels had many hard to see bottomless pits, causing me to unfairly get game overs over and over. This would be fine, if it didn’t send me back to act 1 every single time this happened. It was genuinely so infuriating.

At one point, I almost quit the entire game over this. Last minute, I decided to try out an infinite lives mod since I was playing on my hacked 3DS, and honestly that solved the issue for me.

Bosses on the other hand are just not very good. Most of em are “watch the boss do an animation for 30 seconds, then you can attack” and it got quite old. Doesn’t help that every boss takes 8 hits to take down either.

While I do like a lot in this game like of these issues, they are too big of issues for me to easily overlook. I have heard this game’s sequels fixed these issues, so I’m excited to eventually check them out! Also Blaze rules, she’s so cool.

DaNovaFRFX finished Hi-Fi Rush
Man what the FUCK is Microsoft doing shutting down Tango? This game is EASILY not just Bethesda's best game ever, but even potentially Microsoft's best title ever. And for no reason at all, they decide to smash it like a bug.

The style of this game is something else. It especially comes through in the game's cutscenes, which are spectacular. It's not often we get a game with this much character, and Hi-Fi Rush embraces it as a badge of honor.

Combat is super fun too. I unfortunately never really got the timing down as good as I wanted to, but I still had a blast with each combat encounter.

Really bummed this is where the series ends. Would have loved to see a sequel :(

DaNovaFRFX finished Sonic Forces Overclocked
Super impressive mod! This does a lot to stand out from the base game. Biggest standout is the level design. It makes these levels a lot longer and has some super interesting concepts. The biggest issue unfortunately is the bugs. Quite a few times, things would not work as intended, and they would work not as intended quite frequently. Final main level was rough, with a bug that softlocked the level and made me do a full reset.

While not perfect, I absolutely suggest checking this out. It feels like what Forces should have been
