This game is a sublime good time. The battle system here is refined to perfection, and it's wonderful. The writing and world building is also a lot more refined, creative and daring than the first game. Rougeport is such a cool setting and they do great stuff with it. The game gets creative and flavorful with the partners, chapters, power moves, etc and it pays off in huge ways. You become a pro wrestler and solve mysteries on a train. It's a pitch perfect RPG. <3
