The first-person POV in Resident Evil was awesome. I like so much about this game, even after all this time. My one big issue with the game is that after the first boss, so much momentum is lost, and the escalation in the story feels out of place. I'm not saying other Resident Evil games don't have crazy climaxes, but their climaxes feel more earned and built-up to, as well as the fact they make sense. I won't say this game's climax doesn't make sense, but it makes less sense, and it didn't feel as earned or proper for this game. It isn't even a story issue, it's just an issue of continuity and believability for the world, and I think it lost me a little bit there. But, the survival aspects are on point, the gun play is amazing and goes beyond what it was supposed to do, and the aesthetic is gross, which is really cool.

This game was less awesome than the RE2 remake, but in this game's fairness, RE3 was not the best Resident Evil game to begin with. I do think there was a little too much Nemesis in my opinion, and the game was way too short honestly. But a lot of the gameplay mechanics and the art style was awesome.

If you don't think this is the best remake ever made, I am sorry, you are wrong. I cannot even begin to think of how you can say otherwise. I mean, it improved everything from the original game, and the gameplay is amazing. I definitely did not replay this game a million times (I did) in order to get 100% trophies in it (I did do that). I mean, I can't even begin to say where this game excels either. Honest to god, this game is awesome.

Okay, if I originally played the first Resident Evil game when it first came out or when I had played the original RE2, I probably would think higher of this game. But that mechanic of opening doors is so dated, and that alone hurts the game's rating. Then there is the fixed camera, which is also really dated. But, it is still a good and scary game, and although I was hoping that this game would improve a lot of what the original did, I didn't necessarily hate my time playing it.

I like this game. I think it is a good game, but I didn't think it was as great of a game as everyone said it was, even when it released. I don't know, I think it's cool to play as a cowboy and all, but I just feel as if the big issue I have with this game (the gameplay) is really keeping it down for me. This isn't me saying that the gameplay is bad per se, but it is me saying that I am not the type of player to enjoy exploring the world unless I have the motivation to do so, and this game doesn't really give me that motivation honestly. Great looking game, especially for its time, but in general, the gameplay loop of exploration and the crappy GTA shooting mechanics really holds it back for me.

It is so hard to talk about the bad Ratchet and Clank games for me, as I love the series even though I think I only like 3 games total in the series. I don't know, I just would not recommend this game in the series to be honest. I honestly just can't think of any reason to lay it when there are better games in the series.

Very fun game, probably the best Spider-Man game ever made. But, it has a Ubisoft problem in which there are a lot of side things to do, which isn't a bad thing as long as they're varied, but they feel very similar all the time. Also, some of the story missions kind of suck, like all the Mary Jane stealth missions except for one. And that sucks, because Mary Jane is really cool in the game, and the fact her stealth missions are so bad is just disappointing.
