Why would you lock the epilogue behind an item that isnt available at the time of launch? Who the hell knows when its even gonna be publically available? Would give this 5 stars otherwise.

Only 3 songs from Nimrod? Fuck off.

I enjoyed this. Obviously not as good as the base game, and more graphical glitches (of course) but a nice short story. Way too short. I finished this in 2 nights assuming itd take me longer. Also, im a little miffed Nemona/Arven/Penny play 0 role in this at all whatsoever.

I REALLY enjoyed this! This was way better than the first game, and proves that the first one really shouldve been a console game instead of a handheld game.
The complaints i have for this one are really minor and dont really take away from the expereince imo:
Brad's model looks super off
Only 2 years have passed since the previous game and Tim looks like he's aged 5 or 6 years
The divorce flashback scene was incredibly weird and probably shouldnt have been included, seemed really unecessary and added like nothing to the plot
What the HELL took them so long to get this out? This has been in development since 2019, they didnt even add any pokemon from Scarlet/Violet. I played the original about a week before this game's release, but i couldnt imagine playing it when it came out and having to wait THIS long.

All in all, really good laidback game, loved the ending a lot too, nice to see the end of this story. Great music and pretty visuals, the voice acting is way better here than the first game aswell.

I enjoyed this. Its not like the greatest game ever made or anything but it was fun, i liked the handholding because my brain has no wrinkles. Yes i had to look up multiple walkthroughs for this at certain points. Very odd game in general, probably the weirdest game in the series as a whole. That super abstract ending with Mewtwo is a fucking ballsy move though, looking forward to the new game next week.

My disk system stopped fucking working >:(

Better quality of life than the Wii U version mostly, bigger whistle+better charge feature, but i enjoyed this more on the Wii U because of the gamepad/map design honestly. Side stories were fun. Still a perfect game.

Oh great. This is just Pikmin 2 again which i didnt really like. AND its a reboot which is so fucking lame. I dont like the vibe of this like at all, i played the first hour or so and it just made me feel like shit and wanting to play Pikmin 3 (which i 100%ed YESTERDAY) again already. Oh well, guess ill play the deluxe version, which i wanted to do at some point anyway. Ill come back to this later on when i have time, as id like to have played the full series, but for now this is going on the backlog. Ugh, i REALLY wanted another game with the vibe of 3, or hell maybe even something with the first game's vibe, but im not feeling this at all man. Still really annoyed that this is a reboot/retelling. That alone really irks me and makes me not want to come back to this.

I am astonished at how good this is after not really enjoying the 2nd game. BEAUTIFUL graphics/vibe, amazing music and love the characters. I was only a bit annoyed with the area leading up to the final boss because i didnt realize it was the end and i was like wtf why is this so long? However, this is still a perfect game. Credits made me teary eyed. What the hell, man.

Significantly less fun than the previous game. Some quality of life stuff sure, but this game really pissed me off a LOT, id do like 1 or 2 dungeons and be like ugh fuck i dont wanna do this anymore, so it took me forever to even repay the debt. I didnt bother getting all treasures.

Quite a bit better than the Redux version, borderline hate that one. In terms of depressing mods I enjoyed Within much more, but this is still pretty gut wrenching. Maybe not as much as Within, but still.
EDIT: Want to mention that im currently going through Radiohead's discography and hearing bits and pieces that were used in this mod is throwing me incredibly fucking off guard

Getting to the final boss+phase 1/2 is complete shit, 5/5 otherwise.

I love Kaboom to death and I love really abstract garbage releases so I can't completely shit on this one. Would totally buy this for the dumb novelty if it wasnt $100.

I didn't have this when it came out for some reason, I don't know why the hell it took me 12 YEARS to get to it, being a die hard fan of the Wii series games.
The wait was worth it to me, I think this is a great set of minigames, two of these are sequels to games from Wii Play (Pose Mii Plus, Trigger Twist) but all new ideas outside of those. Two of these games are very obviously based on Game & Watch games which I find very cool as im a big Game & Watch fan, Veggie Guardin' (great name, btw) being based on Vermin and Treasure Twirl being based on Octopus. I loved both of these but I liked Veggie Guardin' the most out of those two. The new games are great for the most part, Skip Skimmer might be one of my favorite minigames out of the whole series, alongside Island Flyover from Sports Resort. That games visual aesthstic is god tier, i love how it looks so much, its just skipping stones, but the visuals and little easter eggs really add a lot for me. The big highlight here imo is Spooky Search, i was apalled at how creative they were with the motion plus feature with that one, ive never played a wii game that did something like that.
However, a few of these are kinda meh, I personally did not enjoy Jump Park like, at all, i didnt like literally anything about that minigame, it isnt shit but i cant say i liked it. The big issue, is that the last two games (Flutter Fly and Star Shuttle) control SO horribly to the point where i cant find any fun in them at all.
Overall, i'm not sure if this is objectively better than the first game or not, i think this one REALLY ups the creativity but the first game is a bit more fun depending on what minigame you're playing. This game is great though, would reccomend.
Side note, I think they shouldve just...tacked on the first game to this one, honestly, like that weird version of Wii Sports Resort that has Wii Sports on the same disc, except all copies come with the first game aswell.

One of the most creative games I've ever played by an insane amount. The virtual machine concept is super cool as I was playing this on console, the overall design of this game is legit impressive. Didnt 100% yet but for sure loved the experience.
EDIT: 100%ed, love this even more than I did originally. Incredible game.
